背景技术
在森吉米尔二十辊轧机运行过程中，需要其附属的轧制油循环过滤系统良好的运行才能保证钢卷的质量。反冲洗在循环过滤的过程中是一个关键的步骤，反冲洗如果没把脏物排出去，会导致在轧制的过程中喷在钢卷上的油不干净，进而影响钢卷质量。然而，在反冲洗过程中脏油通过离心泵被抽到脏油箱的过程中，由于脏油中脏物堵塞离心泵致使离心泵降低工作效率或停止工作，并且排脏油过程是在规定时间内进行排油而不是等到脏油排净，所以离心泵的堵塞会导致脏油排不净，直接影响到反冲洗的效果。以至于轧制过程中没有良好品质的轧制油，进而影响钢卷质量。
发明内容
为了防止抽脏油泵堵塞，本实用新型提供一种森吉米尔二十辊轧机轧制油沉积过滤罐。
一种森吉米尔二十辊轧机轧制油沉积过滤罐，包括圆柱形罐体，其特征是圆柱形罐体内安装有滤芯，滤芯与圆柱形罐体同轴。
本实用新型安装在抽脏油的离心泵前的管道，进油管通入滤芯内，出油管通入滤芯外。进油管的油通过滤芯过滤脏油后，使离心泵不被脏油堵塞，从而使反冲洗过程顺利进行，保证了轧制油的品质，提高了生产的质量。
本实用新型既有沉积作用又有过滤作用，实现了对脏油的初过滤，因此离心泵不会经常被堵塞，保证了反冲洗正常进行。

实施例：图1所示，本实施例包括圆柱形罐体4，圆柱形罐体上面通过螺栓1将罐体的法兰与上盖2连接，圆柱形罐体4内安装有滤芯3，滤芯3与圆柱形罐体4同轴。滤芯3f放置在圆柱形罐体内腔并由上盖压紧，圆柱形罐体4的底部通有进油管5和出油管6，进油管5通向滤芯内，出油管6通入滤芯外。
