本实用新型涉及交通运输、汽车工程技术领域，具体涉及一种汽车门，特别涉及一种SUV汽车前门内饰门。
背景技术
汽车内饰(Automotive Interior)主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品，涉及到汽车内部的方方面面，比如汽车方向盘套、汽车坐垫，汽车脚垫、汽车香水、汽车挂件、内部摆件、收纳箱等等都是汽车内饰产品。我们国内所说的汽车内饰，其实就是在英文的Interiors System。由于这一部分汽车零部件具有一定的装饰性，所以业内目前通常的翻译都叫做“汽车内饰”。但是从英文“Interiors”，我们就可以知道，这部分零部件不光只有装饰作用，他们所涉及到的功能性、安全性、以及工程属性是非常丰富的。
在通常SUV汽车门板内饰板上，只包含门本体、地图袋、关门拉手，功能简单，颜色单一，这种汽车门缺少立体感，也不美观；其他附件，例如劈水条、开关、踢脚灯、内开门拉手则需要在主机厂分装线分装。因此，增加了生产成本和管理成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术的SUV汽车门板内饰板存在的上述缺陷，提供一种模块组装的功能齐全的SUV汽车前门内饰门。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的技术方案为，SUV汽车前门内饰门，包括门本体，其特点在于，所述门本体中部表面向内凹陷，形成凹陷部，在所述凹陷部设有嵌饰板，所述嵌饰板在中部具有凸起部分，所述凸起部分具有水平上表面的扶手部和弧形底侧面，在所述嵌饰板的扶手部上表面设有凹槽。
本实用新型的一优选技术方案，所述嵌饰板采用PVC+PP泡沫表皮真空吸附而成。
本实用新型的一优选技术方案，所述嵌饰板通过螺钉安装于门本体中间。
本实用新型的一优选技术方案，所述门本体为一体注塑成型，表面采用科技立体纹理。
本实用新型技术方案的SUV汽车前门内饰门，在所述门本体中部凹陷部设有嵌饰板，且所述嵌饰板具有凸起部分的扶手部和弧形底侧面手，使前门内饰门充分利用内部空间，新颖而又富于美感，更具立体感。

如图1所示的SUV汽车前门内饰门，包括门本体1，所述门本体1中部表面向内凹陷，形成凹陷部，在凹陷部设有嵌饰板2，嵌饰板2在其中部具有凸起部分3，凸起部分3具有水平上表面的扶手部31和弧形底侧面32，在嵌饰板的扶手部31上表面设有凹槽33，且门本体1下部设有喇叭罩6，本实用新型的一优选实施例中，所述嵌饰板2采用PVC+PP泡沫表皮真空吸附而成，所述门本体为一体注塑成型，表面采用科技立体纹理。
本实用新型的一优选实施例中，所述嵌饰板2通过螺钉安装于门本体1中间。
本实用新型方案的SUV汽车前门内饰门，中间嵌饰板2通过注塑成型后，表面采用PVC+PP foam表皮真空吸附成型，提高了人体肘部接触的舒服感和产品的档次，通过螺钉安装于门本体1中间。另外，在门本体1上设置有凹部，与注塑成型的地图袋5安装配合，用来放置水杯、杂志等物品。门本体1采用科技立体纹理，更是提高了整个门板的立体感和外观的质感。门板的其他附件劈水条、开关组装以后直接供货主机厂，节约了在主机厂分装的成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的SUV汽车前门内饰门，其特征在于，所述嵌饰板采用PVC+PP泡沫表皮真空吸附而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的SUV汽车前门内饰门，其特征在于，所述嵌饰板通过螺钉安装于门本体中间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的SUV汽车前门内饰门，其特征在于，所述门本体为一体注塑成型，表面采用科技立体纹理。
