本实用新型涉及PVC塑胶地板生产领域,尤其是一种蒸汽加热回火装置。
背景技术
现有的PVC塑胶地板的回火过程在回火装置中完成,而现有的回火装置则在箱体的上端设有蒸汽管道,通过上端的电扇将热量输送至整个箱体,但是由于蒸汽管道设置在上端,导致地板的正面受热温度高,反面的地板受热温度相对较低,造成地板受热不均匀,使得地板的热膨胀系数高,质量相对较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种回火过程中受热均匀的蒸汽加热回火装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的蒸汽加热回火装置,它包括箱体,电机、转轴、输送带和蒸汽管道,在箱体的两端设有两个转轴,其中一个转轴与电动机传动连接,输送带绕设在转轴上,输送带穿过整个箱体,蒸汽管道位于箱体的内部且输送带的上端和下端,蒸汽管道外接有蒸汽进口和蒸汽出口;在箱体的顶部设有电扇,所述的输送带为钢丝网状输送带。
作为优化,所述的钢丝网输送带的空隙面积占输送带整体面积的80-90%,可使上下的热量相互传递更好,使箱体内整体温度更加均衡,使各部分受热均匀,提高地板的回火效果。
本实用新型所得到的蒸汽加热回火装置,其通过上端和下端的蒸汽管道的设置,可使箱体的上端和下端全部发热,使地板受热更加均匀,从而可提高PVC塑胶地板的回火性能,可有效的降低PVC塑胶地板的热膨胀系数,提高产品质量。

如图1所示,本实施例描述的蒸汽加热回火装置,它包括箱体1,电机6、转轴2、输送带3和蒸汽管道4,在箱体1的两端设有两个转轴2,其中一个转轴2与电机6传动连接,输送带3绕设在转轴2上,输送带3穿过整个箱体1,蒸汽管道4位于箱体1的内部且输送带3的上端和下端,蒸汽管道4外接有蒸汽进口和蒸汽出口;在箱体1的顶部设有电扇5,所述的输送带3为钢丝网状输送带,所述的钢丝网状输送带的空隙面积占输送带3整体面积的85%。

1.一种蒸汽加热回火装置,它包括箱体,电机、转轴、输送带和蒸汽管道,其特征是:在箱体的两端设有两个转轴,其中一个转轴与电动机传动连接,输送带绕设在转轴上,输送带穿过整个箱体,蒸汽管道位于箱体的内部且输送带的上端和下端,蒸汽管道外接有蒸汽进口和蒸汽出口;在箱体的顶部设有电扇,所述的输送带为钢丝网状输送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸汽加热回火装置,其特征是:所述的钢丝网状输送带的空隙面积占输送带整体面积的80-90%。
