背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高，建筑行业发展迅速，在工地上，在收尾阶段需要进行处理的往往是幕墙板，其安装不太方便，且自洁性能较差，往往需要进行多次清洗，这给工作人员带来的麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种结构简单，安装方便且具有自清洁功能的自洁铝单板。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型是按照以下技术方案实施的：
一种自洁铝单板，包括铝板本体，所述铝板本体上设置多个十字沟槽，十字沟槽之间形成铝板块，所述十字沟槽内设置螺孔；所述铝板块上由内向外依次设置底漆层、外漆层、纳米自洁罩光漆层，所述十字沟槽内设置防水胶层。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过用螺钉穿过螺孔将铝板本体固定在幕墙板上，再在十字沟槽内设置防水胶层，使用时在水流的冲刷下容易将灰尘冲掉，具有良好的自洁功能，减少维护。

如图1所示的一种自洁铝单板，包括铝板本体1，所述铝板本体1上设置多个十字沟槽2，十字沟槽2之间形成铝板块3，所述十字沟槽2内设置螺孔4；所述铝板块3上由内向外依次设置底漆层、外漆层、纳米自洁罩光漆层，所述十字沟槽2内设置防水胶层。
使用时，用螺钉穿过螺孔4将铝板本体1固定在幕墙板上，再在十字沟槽2内设置防水胶层将螺钉密闭，在水流的冲刷下容易将灰尘冲掉，具有良好的自洁功能，减少维护。
