背景技术
目前，输液瓶或输液袋的口在出厂时便要密封好，使用时，要将针头插入封口盖，通常封口盖包括一个盖体，盖体的顶板下方设有橡胶盖，橡胶盖的中间部分外侧的部分盖体可以打开，目的是方便针头的插入，然而橡胶盖外部现有的可打开的部分盖体与盖体连接紧密，不易打开，有的在可打开的部分盖体上连接有指扣环，但由于可打开的部分盖体与盖体连接紧密，往往使指扣环都拉断了，还不能将其打开，造成工作效率低下，使用极为不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种输液瓶拉环盖外盖，具有结构简单，使用方便的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种输液瓶拉环盖外盖，包括有盖体，盖体顶部设有顶板，顶板内侧设有橡胶盖，顶板的上表面为凹槽状，在顶板上表面上设有外部护板，在护板的周围设有一圈接缝条，接缝条通过连接带与指环扣相连。
所述的外部护板与接缝条之间采用胶粘连接。

与现有技术不同的是，本实用新型在护板周围设有一圈接缝条，接缝条的一端通过连接带与指环扣相连，通过指环扣将接缝条拉开时非常省力，能保证100％拉开，避免了拉环将连接带拉断都没讲护板打开的技术缺陷，具有结构简单，使用方便的特点。

使用时，手指扣住指环扣6，通过连接带将接缝条拉开，使其与顶板、护板相分离，可将输液针插过顶板。
