Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种空气炸锅锅盖结构，包括加热器以及塑料制作的盖体，盖体安装于加热器外部，加热器外部设置有若干突起的卡边，盖体上部安装有与该卡边对应卡合的耐热材料定位块，在这种空气炸锅锅盖结构中盖体通过耐热材料定位块与加热器接触，将盖体与加热器隔离，避免了加热器的热量导致盖体出现熔化，使用更安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空气炸锅锅盖结构。
背景技术
常用的空气炸锅锅盖内一般安装有由风扇和发热丝组成的加热器，加热器外部安装有盖体。在现有技术中，为了便于人们观察食物加热的情况，盖体通常采用透明塑料制作。由于盖体直接卡装与加热器的外部，与加热器直接接触，使用时间一长会导致盖体与加热器接触部分熔化，存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种空气炸锅锅盖结构，有效防止使用过程中盖体熔化，使用更安全。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的一种空气炸锅锅盖结构，包括加热器以及塑料制作的盖体，盖体安装于加热器外部，所述加热器外部设置有若干突起的卡边，所述盖体上部安装有与该卡边对应卡合的耐热材料定位块。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述卡边为L状，该L状卡边的横边与盖体的横截面方向一致。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述盖体上部开有若干凹槽，所述耐热塑料定位块上设置有与该凹槽对应扣合的扣齿，当该扣齿与凹槽扣合时，耐热材料定位块将对应的盖体内侧面包围。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在这种空气炸锅锅盖结构中盖体通过耐热材料定位块与加热器接触，将盖体与加热器隔离，避免了加热器的热量导致盖体出现熔化，使用更安全。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2，本实用新型的一种空气炸锅锅盖结构，包括加热器1以及塑料制作的盖体2，盖体2安装于加热器1外部，所述加热器1外部设置有若干突起的卡边3，所述盖体2上部安装有与该卡边3对应卡合的耐热材料定位块4。在这种空气炸锅锅盖结构中盖体通过耐热材料定位块与加热器接触，将盖体与加热器隔离，避免了加热器的热量导致盖体出现熔化，使用更安全。
其中，所述卡边3为L状，该L状卡边的横边与盖体的横截面方向一致，在安装的时候，将耐热材料定位块沿着L状卡边的横边滑入后盖体便于加热器固定一起，操作方便。
参照图3和图4，所述盖体2上部开有若干凹槽5，所述耐热材料定位块4上设置有与该凹槽5对应扣合的扣齿6，当该扣齿6与凹槽5扣合时，耐热材料定位块4将对应的盖体内侧面包围，便于快速装配。为了使结构更稳固，还可以采用螺钉将耐热材料定位块固定。

Claims (3)
1.一种空气炸锅锅盖结构，包括加热器（1）以及塑料制作的盖体（2），盖体（2）安装于加热器（1）外部，其特征在于：所述加热器（1）外部设置有若干突起的卡边（3），所述盖体（2）上部安装有与该卡边（3）对应卡合的耐热材料定位块（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅锅盖结构，其特征在于：所述卡边（3）为L状，该L状卡边的横边与盖体的横截面方向一致。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气炸锅锅盖结构，其特征在于：所述盖体（2）上部开有若干凹槽（5），所述耐热材料定位块（4）上设置有与该凹槽（5）对应扣合的扣齿（6），当该扣齿（6）与凹槽（5）扣合时，耐热材料定位块（4）将对应的盖体内侧面包围。
