Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种空气炸锅锅盖结构,包括加热器以及塑料制作的盖体,盖体安装于加热器外部,加热器外部设置有若干突起的卡边,盖体上部安装有与该卡边对应卡合的耐热材料定位块,在这种空气炸锅锅盖结构中盖体通过耐热材料定位块与加热器接触,将盖体与加热器隔离,避免了加热器的热量导致盖体出现熔化,使用更安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空气炸锅锅盖结构。
背景技术
常用的空气炸锅锅盖内一般安装有由风扇和发热丝组成的加热器,加热器外部安装有盖体。在现有技术中,为了便于人们观察食物加热的情况,盖体通常采用透明塑料制作。由于盖体直接卡装与加热器的外部,与加热器直接接触,使用时间一长会导致盖体与加热器接触部分熔化,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种空气炸锅锅盖结构,有效防止使用过程中盖体熔化,使用更安全。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的一种空气炸锅锅盖结构,包括加热器以及塑料制作的盖体,盖体安装于加热器外部,所述加热器外部设置有若干突起的卡边,所述盖体上部安装有与该卡边对应卡合的耐热材料定位块。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述卡边为L状,该L状卡边的横边与盖体的横截面方向一致。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述盖体上部开有若干凹槽,所述耐热塑料定位块上设置有与该凹槽对应扣合的扣齿,当该扣齿与凹槽扣合时,耐热材料定位块将对应的盖体内侧面包围。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在这种空气炸锅锅盖结构中盖体通过耐热材料定位块与加热器接触,将盖体与加热器隔离,避免了加热器的热量导致盖体出现熔化,使用更安全。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,本实用新型的一种空气炸锅锅盖结构,包括加热器1以及塑料制作的盖体2,盖体2安装于加热器1外部,所述加热器1外部设置有若干突起的卡边3,所述盖体2上部安装有与该卡边3对应卡合的耐热材料定位块4。在这种空气炸锅锅盖结构中盖体通过耐热材料定位块与加热器接触,将盖体与加热器隔离,避免了加热器的热量导致盖体出现熔化,使用更安全。
其中,所述卡边3为L状,该L状卡边的横边与盖体的横截面方向一致,在安装的时候,将耐热材料定位块沿着L状卡边的横边滑入后盖体便于加热器固定一起,操作方便。
参照图3和图4,所述盖体2上部开有若干凹槽5,所述耐热材料定位块4上设置有与该凹槽5对应扣合的扣齿6,当该扣齿6与凹槽5扣合时,耐热材料定位块4将对应的盖体内侧面包围,便于快速装配。为了使结构更稳固,还可以采用螺钉将耐热材料定位块固定。

Claims (3)
1.一种空气炸锅锅盖结构,包括加热器(1)以及塑料制作的盖体(2),盖体(2)安装于加热器(1)外部,其特征在于:所述加热器(1)外部设置有若干突起的卡边(3),所述盖体(2)上部安装有与该卡边(3)对应卡合的耐热材料定位块(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅锅盖结构,其特征在于:所述卡边(3)为L状,该L状卡边的横边与盖体的横截面方向一致。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气炸锅锅盖结构,其特征在于:所述盖体(2)上部开有若干凹槽(5),所述耐热材料定位块(4)上设置有与该凹槽(5)对应扣合的扣齿(6),当该扣齿(6)与凹槽(5)扣合时,耐热材料定位块(4)将对应的盖体内侧面包围。
