Abstract
一种用于日常办公的针孔挤出式胶水瓶，由瓶体、外盖、内盖等构成。其外盖内设有钢针，内盖顶部设有与钢针对应的针孔和小胶刷。不用时钢针随外盖扣套插入针孔而实现密封，使用时取掉外盖钢针抽出针孔，胶水挤出针孔于小胶刷，即可均匀涂刷。
该胶水瓶结构简单，使用方便，长期使用不会堵塞，使用寿命长，适合日常办公之用。

本实用新型属于一种日常办公用品。
目前普遍使用的合成胶水瓶（为塑料瓶体），其胶水挤出方式一般都采用内盖顶上开一较大的孔，孔由一小块海棉蒙住。使用时胶水通过海棉而被挤出。这种结构往往因为时间长而使渗于海棉内的胶水干燥发硬，以致海棉板结无法挤出胶水；或者海棉被挤脱落，导致胶水挤出太多又无法粘贴，使用很不方便。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述已有技术的不足之处，提供一种采用针孔挤出胶水，且结构简单，使用方便的胶水瓶。
针孔挤出胶水瓶由瓶体、外盖、内盖等构成，其外盖顶内设置一枚钢针。内盖顶部开一针孔，钢针与针孔的位置相对应，这样胶水瓶套上外盖时，钢针插入并堵死针孔，使胶水不会泄漏，使用时，取下胶水瓶的外盖，钢针也连同外盖从针孔中抽出，使针孔贯通，胶水就能依靠瓶体的挤压而溢出针孔，供于粘贴之用。
本实用新型与现有的合成胶水瓶相比，具有密封性好，长时间使用不会堵塞胶水溢出孔，使用寿命长，结构简单，容易制造，易于推广等优点。

本实用新型的实施参照附图进一步说明，瓶体6可做成各种形状，并应采用弹性材料如塑料等，使其能够挤压，钢针5可直接固定在外盖1顶内的中心位置（也可固定在顶内的偏心位置），内盖3顶部开一与钢针5的位置及大小相对应的针孔7，为保证钢针与针孔的同心度。外盖1与瓶体口采用嵌套式（扣入式）连接，而内盖3与瓶体口采用螺纹式连接，之间设一密封圈，材料可用橡胶等。以增强其密封性，这样当瓶体6套上外套1时，钢针5插入针孔7，堵塞针孔使胶水不泄漏，使用时取下外盖1，钢针5连同外盖抽出针孔7，使针孔贯通并依靠瓶体的挤压而溢出胶水。同时，为使涂胶更为方便，在内盖3顶部即针孔7一侧，还可设置一把小胶刷2，小胶刷可制成弹性薄片形，这样在使用时，胶水从针孔挤出于小胶刷2上，就可实现方便，均匀地涂刷。

1、一种针孔挤出式胶水瓶，包括瓶体、外盖、内盖，其特征在于所述的外盖1顶内设有钢针5，内盖3顶部开有一与钢针对应并能使其插入的针孔7。
2、按权利要求1所述的针孔挤出式胶水瓶，其特征在于所述的内盖3上还设有胶刷2，且瓶体口与内盖之间有密封圈4。
