背景技术
大型火电厂锅炉运行时需要密切监视烟道内烟气的流量和成分变化；这些数据主要通过在烟道合适位置开孔，然后伸入探头取样分析或直接测量得到。取样管与测量孔间的密封不佳会直接影响到数据的质量：正压运行的烟道密封不佳时，烟气外漏污染厂区环境；负压运行的烟道密封不佳时，空气漏入会影响取样或测量的准确性。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能同时满足取样测量孔长时间连续使用、短时间暂时使用、停用等多种情况下烟道密封要求的烟道取样测量孔密封装置。 
本实用新型的技术方案为： 
一种烟道取样测量孔密封装置，其特征在于，烟道开孔处焊接有安装密封法兰片的引出管座，密封法兰片通过螺栓与法兰盖连接。
为了获得更好的技术效果，还有塞头，法兰盖上有取样孔，取样孔通过螺纹孔与塞头连接；检测探头外有螺纹，并通过螺纹与取样孔密封连接。

具体实施方式
一种烟道取样测量孔密封装置，在烟道壁面6上根据保证检测探头1能伸入的尺寸需求开孔，烟道壁面6开孔处焊接有安装密封法兰片5的引出管座4，密封法兰片5通过连接紧固件3与法兰盖2连接。法兰盖上有带螺纹的取样孔，检测探头1外有螺纹，并通过螺纹与取样孔密封连接。 
作为优化，还有塞头，取样孔通过螺纹孔与塞头连接； 
法兰盖2通过螺纹和塞头或检测探头通过螺纹密封连接，法兰盖又通过螺栓、螺母、垫圈等连接紧固件3与引出管座4上的密封法兰片5密封连接达到密封和固定的作用。
本实用新型可以满足不同运行情况下的密封要求；当不适用检测探头时，在法兰盖取样孔上安装塞头；2、需要取样时，取下塞头即可在线取样；3、需要测量检测数据时，取样探头外有螺纹并通过螺纹与取样孔密封连接。4、本实用新型结构简单，安装、拆卸方便，便于检测探头更换维修。
