本实用新型属于煤质检测试验装置领域。
背景技术
根据煤质检测国家标准GB/T212-2008《煤的工业分析方法》中关于灰分的测定仪器设备中给定了所使用灰皿的材质和尺寸:灰皿:瓷质,长方体,底长45mm,底宽22mm,高14mm。
在实际使用过程中,由于陶瓷材质的外表面较光滑,且标准中未给出配套的灰皿夹,大多使用其他试验所用的夹子,在从815℃的马弗炉中取出的过程中很容易造成灰皿滑落,从而造成试验样品的洒落,试验废弃重做的后果,因此,为了避免这种情况的发生并且能够在生产试验中方便试验人员的操作,我们需要在灰皿和及其配套使用件上做进一步的改进来方便日常使用。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种煤的工业分析试验用灰皿套件,以解决在灰皿取放过程中容易滑落的问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
灰皿的横截面为梯形,在灰皿长边的两侧有凸起的平行横纹一;
灰皿夹的内侧带有与灰皿两侧横纹一相匹配的平行横纹二,该灰皿夹两夹板之间的角度与灰皿两侧边的角度一致;
耐热材料制成的灰皿架上有托板,该托板上有按照灰皿底边的尺寸作出相应的凹槽,该托板为上下双层。
本实用新型的优点是结构新颖,使用方便,通过用灰皿夹来从马弗炉中取出灰皿,由于灰皿夹的内侧横纹,可以增加灰皿与夹子之间的摩擦力,在夹灰皿时使之不易脱落。此外为了节省马弗炉内部较小的空间,双层的灰皿架,不仅可以充分的利用燃烧空间,还可以充分利用恒温区的温场,在避免了灰皿取放过程中滑落的同时,也方便了试验人员的操作。

具体实施方式
灰皿1的横截面为梯形,在灰皿长边102的两侧有凸起的平行横纹一101;
灰皿夹2的内侧带有与灰皿两侧横纹一相匹配的平行横纹二201,该灰皿夹两夹板202之间的角度与灰皿两侧边的角度一致;
耐热材料制成的灰皿架3上有托板301,该托板上有按照灰皿底边的尺寸作出相应的凹槽302,该托板为上下双层。

灰皿的横截面为梯形,在灰皿长边的两侧有凸起的平行横纹一;
灰皿夹的内侧带有与灰皿两侧横纹一相匹配的平行横纹二,该灰皿夹两夹板之间的角度与灰皿两侧边的角度一致;
耐热材料制成的灰皿架上有托板,该托板上有按照灰皿底边的尺寸作出相应的凹槽,该托板为上下双层。
