背景技术
胃管是由鼻孔插入，经由咽部，通过食管到达胃部，多是用来抽胃液(如服毒自杀或误食中毒需洗胃患者)，也可以用来往胃里注入液体提供给患者必须的食物和营养(如昏迷病人或口腔疾患、口腔和咽喉手术后的病人，破伤风病人，早产儿和病情危重的病人以及拒绝进食的病人)，护理时应注意避免胃管污染，以及胃管脱出，导致误吸。在护理的过程中，必须妥善固定、防止打折、避免胃管的脱出，因此传统的固定胃管的方式是用普通的白色橡皮胶布贴于鼻尖部，胶布还需要每天更换，普通的胶布在遇汗或水后会失去粘性，容易使胃管脱落，影响治疗的进行，而且普通的胶布在长时间的粘贴过程中容易使患者的皮肤产生红肿的现象，进而给患者带来不适；再者传统的固定胃管的方式是将胃管直接环绕并通过橡皮胶布直接固定于鼻尖部，但是由于胃管长度一般在50厘米左右，患者的轻微移动，容易造成胃管的打折，影响治疗效果。
