技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,具体说是一种卷状高分子夹板。
背景技术
高分子夹板是在临床骨科手术中使用较多的医疗器械产品,其由多层经聚氨酯、聚酯浸透的高分子纤维构成。聚氨酯材料身有较好的粘性,固化速度快,固化后强度硬且质量轻等优点。
目前,在临床上应用较多的高分子夹板,其层状结构可分为三部分,即,内外两侧无纺布和中间涂胶的6-8层玻璃纤维布,如图1所示。
这种高分子夹板按长度分为7种型号,其形状为片状,使用时根据固定部位长度,选择30-115cm的7个型号之一,其型号不一定与固定部位相符,且只能选择大一点的型号再减掉多余的部分,由此造成产品的浪费,增加患者的负担;同时,其层数较多,透气性差。
发明内容
本实用新型就是为了解决现有高分子夹板结构不合理、透气性差的技术问题,提供一种结构合理、透气性好、使用方便的卷状高分子夹板。
为此,本实用新型提供一种卷状高分子夹板,其设夹板和夹板套,夹板设于夹板套内,夹板为卷状,夹板套上设有密封夹,密封夹中间设有矩形孔,夹板位于所述矩形孔中;夹板的长度为450~500cm,宽度为5~12.5cm;夹板设有菱形孔状间隙,所述菱形孔状间隙朝同一方向排列,菱形孔状间隙的长端对角线为4~6mm,短端对角线为2~3mm,夹板为2层。
本实用新型由于夹板设有菱形孔状间隙,菱形孔状间隙朝同一方向排列,从而增加了产品的透气性能3-4倍;菱形孔状间隙的大小、直径及夹板厚度的设计都使产品的透气性能达到最佳状态,使患者倍感舒适,极大地减少了患部感染和异味。同时,本实用新型将夹板制作成450~500cm长的卷状,根据治疗需要用多长剪多长,避免浪费。剪完后将夹板包装袋用封固夹封住,防止进入空气。
经测试,本实用新型的技术指标如下:菱形孔长宽和形状,可保证患部透气性;浸水后20分钟内固化;承重压力40公斤(5公分直径筒承重)。

如图2所示,卷状高分子夹板,其设夹板1和夹板套(图中未示出),夹板1设于所述夹板套内,夹板为卷状,夹板套上设有密封夹2,密封夹2中间设有矩形孔,夹板位于矩形孔中;夹板的长度为450~500cm,最优为450cm,宽度为5~12.5cm;夹板1设有菱形孔状间隙,菱形孔状间隙朝同一方向排列,菱形孔状间隙的长端对角线为4~6mm,最优为5mm,短端对角线为2~3mm,最优为2.5mm,夹板为2层。
本实用新型的使用方法和步骤如下:
(1)选择合适的型号打开包装;
(2)将产品浸入常温水中5-10秒;
(3)挤出多余水分;
(4)将产品紧密贴服于患部、塑形;
(5)产品20分钟固化,患者可以负重或活动。
