背景技术
风能的开发利用已有很长的历史。近年来,风力发电作为可再生的清洁能源受到世界各国政府、能源界和环保界的高度重视。相关风电设备在不断更新和优化设计,提高设备性能的同时也在考虑成本、节能等因素。 
现有的风力发电机用塔筒的底部上需要安装检修门和电缆接入口,这样就大大降低了塔筒的承重能力和强度。为了增加塔筒的强度需要将塔筒的筒体增厚,这样就增加了塔筒的制造成本和加工难度。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种风力发电机组用塔筒,该塔筒对底部开有孔的筒体进行结构补强设计,其结构设计合理,加工方便,节约制造成本,降低施工难度。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
一种风力发电机组用塔筒,其由多节筒体组成,所述塔筒底部的筒体由一厚钢板和一薄钢板焊接而成,所述厚钢板和薄钢板的焊接处设置有过渡斜边,所述厚钢板中央位置开有门框焊接孔,所述门框焊接孔的下方开有电缆框焊接孔,所述门框焊接孔和电缆框焊接孔上分别焊接有门框和电缆框。
进一步的,所述门框焊接孔和电缆框焊接孔上均开有坡口。 
本实用新型的优点是:对塔筒底部开有孔的筒体进行结构补强设计,其结构设计合理,加工方便,节约制造成本,降低施工难度。

如图1至图4所示,一种风力发电机组用塔筒,其由多节筒体1组成,塔筒底部的筒体1由一厚钢板2和一薄钢板3焊接而成,厚钢板2和薄钢板3的焊接处设置有过渡斜边4,在厚钢板2中央位置开有门框焊接孔5,在门框焊接孔5的下方开有电缆框焊接孔6,在门框焊接孔5和电缆框焊接孔6上分别焊接有门框7和电缆框8。为了降低焊接难度和提高焊接口的牢固度,在门框焊接孔5和电缆框焊接孔6上均开有坡口9。

1.一种风力发电机组用塔筒,其由多节筒体组成,其特征在于:所述塔筒底部的筒体由一厚钢板和一薄钢板焊接而成,所述厚钢板和薄钢板的焊接处设置有过渡斜边,所述厚钢板中央位置开有门框焊接孔,所述门框焊接孔的下方开有电缆框焊接孔,所述门框焊接孔和电缆框焊接孔上分别焊接有门框和电缆框。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机组用塔筒,其特征在于:所述门框焊接孔和电缆框焊接孔上均开有坡口。
