在喷雾干燥系统中，收集的产品往往是很细的颗粒，在包装过程中容易引起扬尘，污染环境。

本实用新型为了解决背景技术中提到的技术问题，则提供一种干式喷油混合防尘装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种干式喷油混合防尘装置，包括送料管，其送料管竖直放置，送料管的上端为进料口，送料管的下端为出料口，出料口的上方左侧设有压缩空气入口，出料口的上方右侧设有防尘油入料口。
出料口的口径小于送料管中间部位的口径。
进料口与送料管中间部位之间设有一个集料室。
采用以上技术方案后：本实用新型在不影响产品质量的条件下采用防尘油，使小颗粒凝聚成较大的颗粒，有效的解决扬尘问题，从而保护工作环境。

参见图1，一种干式喷油混合防尘装置，包括送料管1，其送料管1竖直放置，送料管1的上端为进料口2，送料管1的下端为出料口3，出料口3的上方左侧设有压缩空气入口4，出料口3的上方右侧设有防尘油入料口5。

1.一种干式喷油混合防尘装置，包括送料管（1），其特征在于：所述送料管（1）竖直放置，所述送料管（1）的上端为进料口（2），送料管（1）的下端为出料口（3），所述出料口（3）的上方左侧设有压缩空气入口（4），所述出料口（3）的上方右侧设有防尘油入料口（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干式喷油混合防尘装置，其特征在于：所述出料口（3）的口径小于送料管（1）中间部位的口径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种干式喷油混合防尘装置，其特征在于：所述进料口（2）与送料管（1）中间部位之间设有一个集料室（6）。
