本实用新型涉及一种旋转灯头，此灯头包括：灯头盖、灯头芯、铝盖和灯头胶座四部分。本实用新型特点：因LED灯管发光角度有限，通常发光角度为120度，灯头可旋转的LED灯管，用户可以根据需要，将灯管发光的一面调到需要照明的方向，使其充分利用灯光。结构新颖，装配方便，灯头旋转部件装配为扣位式结构。结构紧凑，灯头外形尺寸完全符合T8灯管要求，灯头最大外径不超过28mm，配装此灯头的灯管在使用时就不会安装不了。

本实用新型涉及一种旋转灯头，属于灯管领域。
背景技术
大多数LED灯管是不能旋转灯头，另外有些可旋转灯头结构性也比较差，旋转力度大点灯头就损掉，或旋转挡位不管用，装配比较复杂，成本也高，还不能符合安规要求，特别在尺寸上大多灯头都超出T8灯管要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型涉及一种旋转灯头，此灯头包括：灯头盖(1)、灯头芯(2)、铝盖(3)和灯头胶座(4)四部分；灯头芯塑胶上镶有两根铜脚(5)，两铜脚上各有一个螺牙孔，此孔用来锁电线线耳；灯头芯与灯头胶座相装配，灯头芯中间有四个扣位，扣住灯头胶座内圆环，灯头芯与灯头胶座装配后能够旋转，灯头胶座外边的齿轮槽增大旋转阻力，灯头芯内部的档点防止其360度旋转，灯头胶座由两颗螺丝固定在铝管(7)上；装好灯头芯的灯头胶座锁好螺丝(6)与铝管固定后，再将铝盖套装在灯头胶座与铝管的接合处，最后将灯头盖套装在灯头芯上，使灯头盖里面的胶扣牢牢扣住灯头芯，灯头盖的开口平面紧紧压住铝盖，这样装配成一个完整的灯头。
