背景技术：
螺旋分级机是选矿的设备之一，其借助于固体粒大小、比重的不同，因而在液体中的沉降速度不同的原理，细矿粒浮游在水中成溢流出，粗矿粒沉于槽底。螺旋分级机也能用于金属选矿流程中对矿浆进行粒度分级的，操作过程中矿浆会粘结在槽体的内壁上，因而需要定期进行清理槽体，一般都是人工爬到高度从槽体的槽口上对槽体内进行清理，操作不方便。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种螺旋分级机的外壳体，其结构改进简单，在槽体的外壁上设有开口，方便清理槽体内部，使用操作简单，且开口的密封性好。

当需要打开开口对槽体内部进行清理时，先拿取下横杆，即可打开门板，然后可进行对槽体内部的清理。
