本实用新型涉及一种在地面上打孔的设置,特别涉及一种用于去根截干深插造林的套管式打孔装置。
背景技术:
    根截干深插造林法是我国近年来推广的一种新型的植树造林法,它是利用红杨树和柳树的生长特点,将截除根系后的苗木枝干,插入事先打好的种植孔中,造林后一个月内,苗干的地下部位萌发出大量不定根,接着地上部位抽枝发叶。与传统植苗造林相比,去根截干深插的优势是省力省工(省去起苗、挖穴、栽植工序)、省时(不需提前挖树穴,打孔栽植一次性完成)、省钱(节省打穴费用、且因截下的苗木根部可继续留床育苗所以苗干价格较带根苗木便宜)、省水(传统栽植需要浇大量定根水)、成活率高生长量大(苗干插入土壤的部位均可萌发大量不定根系,增加对水分和营养的吸收范围和深度)、造林成本低、操作简便易行。但目前还没有一种适用于根截干深插造林的打孔装置。

  本实用新型就是为了弥补现有技术中的不足提供一种结构简单,操作简便,生产方便,且在降低了造林成本的同时又可以提高苗木成活率的用于去根截干深插造林的套管式打孔装置。
本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
一种用于去根截干深插造林的套管式打孔装置,它包括:手柄,在手柄上连接有套筒,设置一根钎杆,钎杆的一端为锥形头,而另一端与套筒相连,其特征在于,在钎杆上设有螺纹,设置一个套管,在套管的表面设有至少一个脚踏板,在套管的内壁上设有与钎杆上螺纹相配合的螺纹。

本实用新型具有结构简单,操作简便,生产方便,且在降低了造林成本的同时又可以提高苗木成活率等优点。

具体实施方式:
如图1、2所示, 一种用于去根截干深插造林的套管式打孔装置,它包括:手柄1,在手柄1中部的下方垂直连接套筒1a的一端,在套筒1a内壁上设有螺纹,设置一根钎杆2,在钎杆2上设有螺纹2a,设置一个一端带有削边5b的套管5,在靠近套管5另一端的内壁上设有一段与钎杆上螺纹2a相配合的螺纹5a,在靠近套管5中下部的套管面上对称设有一对脚踏板5c,钎杆的一端为锥形头,而钎杆另一端设有也螺纹,使得钎杆2可以与套筒内壁上的螺纹形成旋紧配合。
使用方法:
使用时先将套管插入土中,用脚踩在脚踏板上,加压至地面固定套管,而后旋转手柄推动钎杆向下钻地,直至钎杆大部被钻入土层,而后再反向旋转手柄将钎杆从土层中退出,即可得到插埋树苗的插埋孔。
