背景技术
现有技术中,LED灯的直插式电源连接装置,插针与PCB板连接多采用有胶芯,这样使整个连接装置体积偏大,端子距离受到限制,连接时影响接触效果,并且不能采用自动化组装,耗费人工成本,影响生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种不带胶芯可实现自动化组装的LED灯驱动板连接装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种LED灯驱动板连接装置,包括插针和PCB板,所述插针包括针部、接合部和配重部。
所述插针呈Z型,插针的接合部与PCB板的接合槽连接,并且接合部与针部所成角度在90°~135°。
所述插针的配重部下端开有渗锡槽。
所述插针的配重部包括1~3个U型结构。
本实用新型的优点在于:整个连接装置体积较小,端子距离不受限制,接触效果好,插针与PCB板可采用自动化组装,节省人工成本,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述,但本实用新型的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1-3所示,一种LED灯驱动板连接装置,包括插针1和PCB板2,插针1呈Z型,包括针部11、接合部12和配重部13。插针1的接合部12与PCB板2的接合槽20连接。并且接合部12与针部所成角度在略大于90°,优选为90°~135°,有利于插针1与PCB板2的安装。而无需安装胶芯的设计,使PCB板2的接合槽20相比现有技术更小,使整体强度提升,结构更紧凑,减少端子距离所受限制,接触效果更好。插针1与PCB板2可采用自动化组装,节省人工成本,提高了生产效率。插针1的配重部13起到平衡总体重量的作用,整体呈U型结构,可以根据特定产品设1~3个U型结构垂直叠加。插针1的配重部13下端开有渗锡槽130,增加粘合面积,填锡更稳定,插针1与PCB板2的连接更稳固。

1.一种LED灯驱动板连接装置,包括插针和PCB板,其特征在于:所述插针包括针部、接合部和配重部,插针的接合部与PCB板的接合槽连接,并且接合部与针部所成角度在90°~135°,所述插针的配重部下端开有渗锡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯驱动板连接装置,其特征在于:所述插针的配重部包括1~3个U型结构。
