Abstract
本实用新型提供一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：包括基板和与基板连接的安装部，所述基板设置有一具有始终压向基板的弹力的弹性扣，该弹性扣和基板形成夹持部，所述安装部的一端与基板作活动式连接，所述安装部的另一端设有用于固定条形灯的固定件。本实用新型能很好的固定条形灯，其结构简单，适用性广且易于实现。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种夹具，尤其是涉及一种适用于条形灯的夹具。
背景技术
条形灯是一种广泛应用于室内外照明和装饰的灯具，其基本结构为LED光源内置于透光外皮或透光外壳中，根据用途和使用场合的差异，可以有多种具体的表现形式，如柔性霓虹灯、美耐灯、贴片灯带、灯带式灯串、丽得管等等。现有的条形灯的安装一般采用轨道与安装面固定或直接胶粘的方式，轨道方式的安装及拆卸都不方便，而且会对安装面造成破坏，而胶粘的方式则可靠性不高，长时间暴露于户外很可能会脱落，另外，安装位会留下难看的粘合痕迹。因此，提供一种更好的适用于条形灯的安装工具是迫切之需。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述技术问题，提供一种适用于条形灯的夹具，其结构简单，适用性广且易于实现。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的方案是：
一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：包括基板和与基板连接的安装部，所述基板设置有一具有始终压向基板的弹力的弹性扣，该弹性扣和基板形成夹持部，所述安装部的一端与基板作活动式连接，所述安装部的另一端设有用于固定条形灯的固定件。
进一步地，所述基板与安装部之间为转轴连接或铰接，这样可以根据使用所需方便的改变条形灯的摆设角度。
进一步地，所述安装部与固定件之间为活动式连接。
进一步地，所述安装部设有固定件的一端为环状夹口，所述固定件设有与环状夹口相匹配的圆柱状基部，所述圆柱状基部卡入环状夹口内，固定件可绕圆柱状基部的中心轴实现转动。这样夹具能实现更多角度的变换，适用面更广，尤其对于需要应用于弯折挠曲场合的柔性条形灯更具有实际意义。
进一步地，所述固定件为一设有缺口的夹座，便于将条形灯卡紧固定于内。
进一步地，所述夹座内设有圆形凹腔，便于将灯头的灯座部分固定其中。
进一步地，所述基板、安装部和弹性扣是通过注塑工艺一体成型的，这样既便于生产制造，结构也更牢固。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：弹性扣和基板形成的夹持部可将夹具方便可靠的固定于板状面上，安装部的固定件用于容置条形灯，安装部与基板之间为活动式连接，能实现多角度变换，而且避免了现有的条形灯固定施工过程中对安装面的破坏，使用完毕拆卸后也不会留下痕迹，兼具实用和美观的优点。

下面结合附图，通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。所述实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案，并不构成对本发明权利保护范围的限定。
参照图1、图2、图3，本实用新型的实施例一包括基板1和与基板1连接的安装部2，所述基板1设置有一具有始终压向基板1的弹力的弹性扣3，该弹性扣3和基板1形成夹持部，基板1的端部具有一横向轴12，安装部2与之对应的连接端部则为一带缺口的环状夹口23，横向轴12卡入环状夹口23内部而形成转轴连接；所述安装部2的另一端为环状夹口21，环状夹口21设有用于固定条形灯的夹座4，所述夹座4设有与环状夹口21相匹配的圆柱状基部，所述圆柱状基部卡入环状夹口21内，夹座4可绕圆柱状基部的中心轴实现转动；所述夹座4设有缺口41和圆形凹腔42，便于将条形灯5和灯头的灯座部分6固定其中。
所述基板1、安装部2和弹性扣3是通过注塑工艺一体成型的。

1.一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：包括基板和与基板连接的安装部，所述基板设置有一具有始终压向基板的弹力的弹性扣，该弹性扣和基板形成夹持部，所述安装部的一端与基板作活动式连接，所述安装部的另一端设有用于固定条形灯的固定件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：所述基板与安装部之间为转轴连接或铰接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：所述安装部与固定件之间为活动式连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：所述安装部设有固定件的一端为环状夹口，所述固定件设有与环状夹口相匹配的圆柱状基部，所述圆柱状基部卡入环状夹口内，固定件可绕圆柱状基部的中心轴实现转动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：所述固定件为一设有缺口的夹座。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：所述夹座内设有圆形凹腔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种条形灯夹具，其特征在于：所述基板、安装部和弹性扣是通过注塑工艺一体成型的。
