本实用新型涉及一种分液漏斗,尤其是一种针对高粘度液体或是有固体颗粒物的液体进行分液的分液漏斗。
背景技术
目前,化学实验中所用的普通分液漏斗,在分液时若遇到大粘度液体或者液体里有固体颗粒物时,会堵塞分液漏斗而导致液体不能进入和通过漏斗颈,也就无法完成分液;而液体到了漏斗颈又可能因为气压的缘故滴不下去,如果再放出一部分液体又怕分液效果不好,因此,如何设计出一种分液效果好,操作简便,而且可以让高粘度液体或是有固体颗粒物的液体顺利完成分液的分液漏斗成为本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种分液漏斗,能够起到分液作用的同时,还能解决部分液体在分液时堵塞漏斗的现象。
本实用新型为了达到上述的目的所采用的技术方案是:一种分液漏斗,包括漏斗斗体、漏斗颈和漏斗旋塞,其特征在于:在所述漏斗斗体顶部设置一个大注射器,所述漏斗颈上漏斗旋塞的下部设置一个小注射器;所述大注射器和所述小注射器均由针筒、活塞芯杆以及活塞柄构成,所述大注射器的针筒口的直径和所述漏斗斗体顶口的直径相匹配,可以无缝插拔;所述小注射器的针筒口的直径和所述漏斗颈上的开口直径大小相匹配,同样可以无缝插拔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:即使给高粘度液体或者有固体颗粒物的液体分液时遇到漏斗堵塞现象,也无需打开漏斗盖或是频繁调节漏斗旋塞,就可以顺利快速稳定的完成分液的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种分液漏斗,包括漏斗斗体1、漏斗颈2、漏斗旋塞3,在漏斗斗体1的顶部设置一个大注射器4,在漏斗颈2上漏斗旋塞3的下部设置一个小注射器5,大注射器4和小注射器5均由针筒6、活塞芯杆7和活塞柄8构成,所述大注射器4的针筒6口的直径和所述漏斗斗体1顶口的直径相匹配,可以无缝插拔;所述小注射器的针筒口的直径和所述漏斗颈上的开口直径大小相匹配,同样可以无缝插拔。
本实用新型在使用前,将待分液的液体注入漏斗斗体1内,拉住大注射器4的活塞柄8带动活塞芯杆7使针筒6内充斥空气,插在漏斗斗体1开口上,小注射器5拉开活塞柄带动活塞芯杆使针筒内充斥空气,和漏斗颈2上的开口插接好,旋转漏斗旋塞3开始分液,若液体堵塞了分液漏斗,则轻轻推动活塞柄8带动活塞芯杆7利用针筒6内空气压力使液体下落至漏斗颈2,若液体仍不滴落,则轻推小注射器5的活塞柄带动小注射器5的活塞芯杆,利用小注射器5的针筒内气压完成分液。

1.一种分液漏斗,包括漏斗斗体、漏斗颈和漏斗旋塞,其特征在于:在所述漏斗斗体顶部设置一个大注射器,所述漏斗颈上漏斗旋塞的下部设置一个小注射器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分液漏斗,其特征在于:所述大注射器和所述小注射器均由针筒、活塞芯杆以及活塞柄构成,所述大注射器的针筒口的直径和所述漏斗斗体顶口的直径相匹配,可以无缝插拔;所述小注射器的针筒口的直径和所述漏斗颈上的开口直径大小相匹配,同样可以无缝插拔。
