Abstract
一种门用节能自动控制器。由静触片，动触片及壳体组成，壳体中装有控制栓及载体，载体上装有动触片，控制栓与载体为一体静触片装在壳体的台槽上。这种门用节能自动控制器结构简单，成本低，可做门用挂吊，同时兼控电源开关是多功能节电控制器。
Description
本实用新型为一种门用节能自动控制器，即能做门锁的挂吊同时兼做电源的控制开关，属于自动控制器类。
目前市场上所有的可控制关闭电源的开关为一种带动、静触片的被动式拉线开关，这种开关要求使用者在不用电时，必须拉动此开关，才能将电断掉，给人们带来很大不便，而且许多公共场合在无人专管电源的情况下，出现人走灯还亮的大量浪费现象，对国家是一巨大的损失。
为了克服上述缺点，本实用新型设计了一种带控制栓的做门鼻用同时可自动控制电源的控制器。
这种门用节能自动控制器由静触片1，动触片2及壳体3组成，在壳体3中开有栓槽4、载体槽5和台槽6。栓槽4中放入控制栓7，载体槽5中放载体8，控制栓7和载体8为一体，载体8上装有动触片2，台槽6上装有静触片1、静触片1与台槽6靠螺钉10连接，螺钉10又为正负极接线头。控制栓7下面装有弹簧11，台槽壁12上开有穿线孔13，壳体3顶部与门鼻9相连。这种门用节能自动控制器的门鼻也可为卧式的，锁孔15为夹层，控制栓7相应地呈L型。这种控制器的控制栓与壳体采用高强度、绝缘、防火材料，门鼻、螺钉、弹簧为钢件，静触片与动触片为铜件。壳体3顶部装有门鼻的控制器适用于与合页式扣吊相配合的门锁。门鼻为卧式的控制器适用于对扣型门锁挂吊。使用时，只要人走锁门，锁头即可保证控制栓带动动触片脱离静触片从而受控电器断电。该控制器可控电流不限，受控总电流较小时(例如5A)，可直接与电源总线串联，如果受控总电流较大，则可通过继电接触器间接控制大电流。如果室内有特种电器如冰箱等，可将此电器另行接线，即可不受该装置的控制。
本门用节能控制器结构简单，成本低，使用方便并具有多功能，可用于家庭及厂、所、院校等公共场合，能为国家节约大量能源。

1.一种由静触片1，动触片2及壳体3组成的门用节能自动控制器，其特征在于：在壳体3中开有栓槽4，载体槽5和台槽6。栓槽4中放入控制栓7，载体槽5中放载体8，控制栓7和载体8为一体，载体8上装有动触片2，台槽6上装有静触片1，静触片1与台槽6靠螺钉10连接，螺钉10为正负极接线头；控制栓7下面装有弹簧11，台槽壁12上开有穿线孔13，壳体3顶部与门鼻9相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的门用节能自动控制器，其特征在于：门鼻9为卧式的，锁孔15为夹层，控制栓7呈L型。
