本实用新型涉及一种具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组。
背景技术
现有的LCD液晶显示模组，一般不具有遮光部件，因而遮光效果差，在强光下使用时，无法看清屏体上显示的内容，因此，有必要设计一种具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组，该具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组遮光效果好，使用方便。
实用新型的技术解决方案如下：
一种具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组， LCD显示屏（6）嵌装在面板（4）上；在面板上设有2块固定挡光板（5）；所述2块固定挡光板分设在LCD显示屏的左右两侧边处； 
在LCD显示屏的上侧边处的面板上设有一个凹陷部（2）；凹陷部的上侧边处设有一个弹性卡扣（7）；
   在凹陷部内设有一块活动挡光板（1），活动挡光板通过带扭簧的旋转部件（3）与凹陷部的底面相连；
  当活动挡光板未翻起时，在所述弹性卡扣的限制下，活动挡光板位于凹陷部内；弹性卡扣解除锁定后，活动挡光板在扭簧的作用下翻起作为LCD显示屏的上侧挡光板；
固定挡光板的下边沿与顶边沿之间采用弧线过渡。
带扭簧的旋转部件可以采用活页式的部件，由两部分组成，2部分分别连接活动挡光板和面板，实现活动挡光板相对于面板的旋转。弹性卡扣是指该卡扣可以通过外力向上拨动，而且卡扣中集成有复位弹簧。
有益效果：
本实用新型的具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组，采用固定挡光板和活动挡光板的结构，遮光效果好，使用方便。
固定挡光板的下边沿与顶边沿之间采用弧线过渡，是本实用新型的特点，如果不采用弧线过渡，则形成的直角形尖角容易划伤皮肤。
固定挡光板和活动挡光板也能起到对LCD显示屏进行防护的作用，增强显示屏的抗摔能力；
采用这种具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组，使用环境的光线较弱时，可以将活动挡光板推至凹陷部保存，此时LCD显示屏的视角更佳，当环境光线较强时，通过释放弹性卡扣，使得活动挡光板翻起，从而遮挡强光，此时看显示屏更方便，避免了强光的干扰。

如图1-4所示，一种具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组， LCD显示屏6嵌装在面板4上；在面板上设有2块固定挡光板5；所述2块固定挡光板分设在LCD显示屏的左右两侧边处； 
在LCD显示屏的上侧边处的面板上设有一个凹陷部2；凹陷部的上侧边处设有一个弹性卡扣7；
    在凹陷部内设有一块活动挡光板1，活动挡光板通过带扭簧的旋转部件3与凹陷部的底面相连；
   当活动挡光板未翻起时，在所述弹性卡扣的限制下，活动挡光板位于凹陷部内；弹性卡扣解除锁定后，活动挡光板在扭簧的作用下翻起作为LCD显示屏的上侧挡光板；
固定挡光板的下边沿与顶边沿之间采用弧线过渡。

1.一种具有新型遮光结构的LCD液晶显示模组，其特征在于，LCD显示屏（6）嵌装在面板（4）上；在面板上设有2块固定挡光板（5）；所述2块固定挡光板分设在LCD显示屏的左右两侧边处； 
在LCD显示屏的上侧边处的面板上设有一个凹陷部（2）；凹陷部的上侧边处设有一个弹性卡扣（7）；
   在凹陷部内设有一块活动挡光板（1），活动挡光板通过带扭簧的旋转部件（3）与凹陷部的底面相连；
  当活动挡光板未翻起时，在所述弹性卡扣的限制下，活动挡光板位于凹陷部内；弹性卡扣解除锁定后，活动挡光板在扭簧的作用下翻起作为LCD显示屏的上侧挡光板；
固定挡光板的下边沿与顶边沿之间采用弧线过渡。
