Abstract
一种带观察镜的经纱送纱装置，包括经纱压辊，出经纱压辊的经纱从筘片的筘齿间通过后进入综框，在筘片与综框之间设置有凸透镜，经纱从凸透镜的后方通过，利用本实用新型，检查经纱时不需要停机，只观察镜面就可以，同时也不需要一一扒开经线，不浪费时间，并且检查全面。

本发明属于织布设备领域，特别涉及一种带观察镜的经纱送纱装置。
背景技术
布料织造时，用于径向的纱为经纱，用于纬向的纱称为纬纱。经纱较长，常常捻得比填纱紧，织布前，必须要检查好其是否存在打交、错接等现象，否则会严重影响织布效果。而检查时，需要暂时停机，停止经纱向综框中输送，然后分至少三个位置，收工扒开逐一检查，这样费时费力，而且很容易造成检查不全面的后果。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种带观察镜的经纱送纱装置，可实现不停机检查。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种带观察镜的经纱送纱装置，包括经纱压辊1，出经纱压辊1的经纱4从筘片2的筘齿间通过后进入综框5，在筘片2与综框5之间设置有凸透镜3，经纱4从凸透镜3的后方通过。
与现有技术相比，利用本发明，检查经纱时不需要停机，只观察镜面就可以，同时也不需要一一扒开经线，不浪费时间，并且检查全面。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
如图1所示，一种带观察镜的经纱送纱装置，包括经纱压辊1，出经纱压辊1的经纱4从筘片2的筘齿间通过后进入综框5，在筘片2与综框5之间设置有凸透镜3，经纱4从凸透镜3的后方通过。
利用该装置，在经纱送纱过程中，由于筘片2与综框5的间距较大，因此，通过凸透镜3可以在此处观察到整个经线有无打交、错接等现象，然后针对性纠错。

1.一种带观察镜的经纱送纱装置，包括经纱压辊(1)，出经纱压辊(1)的经纱(4)从筘片(2)的筘齿间通过后进入综框(5)，其特征在于，在筘片(2)与综框(5)之间设置有凸透镜(3)，经纱(4)从凸透镜(3)的后方通过。
