棘轮扳手通过不同规格尺寸的主梅花套和从梅花套通过铰接键的阴键和阳键咬合的方式连接。由于一个梅花套具有两个规格的梅花形通孔，使它可以用于两种规格螺丝的松紧，从而扩大了使用范围，节省了原材料和工时费用。棘轮扳手相对于普通扳手有很强的优势，使用时时无需下扳手，只需回转扳手即可实现下一段距离的螺母的旋转。同时棘轮扳手可以双向旋转，适应不同的操作环境，从而增加了应用范围。但传统的棘轮扳手体积大，运输及携带十分不便，尤其是在收纳时，必须配备与之对应的大盒子，同时当棘轮扳手的棘轮装置出现故障时，人们通常对扳手进行报废处理，这就造成很大浪费。

针对以上问题：本实用新型提供一种结构稳定，可拆卸，便于携带及运输，可重复利用，降低成本的新型棘轮扳手。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种新型棘轮扳手，包括第一手柄，第二手柄及棘轮装置，所述第一手柄左端面连接棘轮装置，该第一手柄的右端面设有矩形条，矩形条侧面设有安装孔，该安装孔内设有弹簧装置，所述第二手柄左端面设有矩形槽，矩形槽侧面设有圆形通孔，第一手柄与第二手柄套接固定，弹簧装置穿过圆形通孔。
进一步地，所述弹簧装置包括钢珠及弹簧，钢珠挤压弹簧并置于安装孔内，该安装孔呈阶梯状。
进一步地，所述矩形条端面各边均设有倒角。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：本实用新型通过将第一手柄与第二手柄通过弹簧装置套接，便于拆装，且结构稳定，节省收纳空间，便于携带，当扳手的棘轮装置出现损坏时，更换第一手柄即可，第二手柄仍可以继续使用，该棘轮扳手设计合理，降低成本，适合大规模推广。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种新型棘轮扳手，包括第一手柄2，第二手柄1及棘轮装置，第一手柄2的左端面设有棘轮装置，该棘轮装置包括拨片6，挡块4，D轮3及盖板5，在第一手柄2的上表面三角区域中对称分布两安装孔，两挡块4放置在三角区域下方并将插销穿过安装孔，挡块4可相对转动，该三角区域的前端设有拨片安装孔，该拨片6穿拨片安装孔，拨片6可在一定角度内自由转动，带动挡块4转动，挡块4与D轮3棘齿相抵，D轮3下表面扣压盖板5，通过螺钉将第一手柄2与下盖板固定，结构简单，连接稳定，第一手柄2右端面设有矩形条，该矩形条侧面设有弹簧安装孔，该安装孔内安装弹簧装置，弹簧装置的钢珠8挤压弹簧9，并通过冲压弹簧安装孔，将弹簧装置固定于弹簧安装孔内，第二手柄1左端面设有矩形槽，该矩形槽内壁上设有圆形通孔，通过弹簧装置将第一手柄2与第二手柄1连接，弹簧装置的钢珠8上表面穿过圆形通孔，第一手柄2与第二手柄1套接，连接简单，便于拆装。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型棘轮扳手，其特征在于，所述弹簧装置包括钢珠及弹簧，钢珠挤压弹簧并置于安装孔内，该安装孔呈阶梯状。
