本实用新型(发明)涉及一种日常生活用品，特别是一种带提手托盘。 
背景技术：
托盘是长方形或椭圆形状平板，两端带把手，四周带边框的器具，使用过程中需要两手端持才能端牢，到餐桌前需服务员或顾客转移餐食或者把托盘放到桌子上再转移餐食，使用不便。由此可见现有技术有待进一步改进。 
发明内容：
本使用新型(发明)的目的是提供一种既可两手端持，又能一手操作的带提手托盘。为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型(发明)方案包括：该托盘是由带框平板托盘和边框外的可收放提手组成，当提手收合时提杆两端的连杆可做把手，两手端移托盘和餐具；当托盘提手展开时，一手既可提起托盘和餐具移送，腾出一只手，可向餐桌转移餐食或回收餐具，实用方便。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图和具体实施方式，对本实用新型(发明)作进一步详细说明。 
实施例1；带边框的长方形托盘，相对两边框外的同一端设有连杆2的转轴4，连杆2的另一头有提杆3，连杆2和提杆3紧贴边框1的外沿收合，在提杆3中心对应的边框上设有锁扣5，扣紧提杆3，连杆2可作把手两手端持；打开边框1上的锁扣5，提起提杆3至托盘中线时，转轴4端边框上的限位器6支撑连杆2，(如图5)，即可提起托盘和餐具。 
实施例2；带边框的长方形托盘，相对两边框外的同一端设有连杆2的转轴4，连杆2的另一头有提杆3，在连杆2和边框1上设有拉杆座8，两拉杆座中设有可折叠拉杆7，连杆2和提杆3紧贴边框1的外沿收合，在连杆2的提杆端对应的边框上设有锁扣5扣紧连杆2，连杆2可作把手两手端持；打开边框1上的锁扣5，提起提杆3至托盘中线时，拉杆7展开，(如图6)，即可提起托盘和餐食。 
连杆可为直形，园弧形或S形。 
托盘可为方形，椭圆形和两直边椭圆形。 
转轴可在边框中心至一端的任意位置。 

Claims (8)

1.一种带提手托盘，包括带边框的托盘，其特征在于：相对的两边框外设有连杆(2)，连杆一端靠近边框外沿设有提杆(3)，连杆另一端对应边框上设有转轴(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带提手托盘，其特征在于：连杆另一端对应的边框上设有限位块(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带提手托盘，其特征在于：提杆(3)中心对应的边框上设有锁扣(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带提手托盘，其特征在于：在连杆(2)的提杆端对应的边框上设有锁扣(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带提手托盘，其特征在于：在连杆(2)和对应边框(1)上设有拉杆座(8)，两拉杆座之间设有可折叠拉杆(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带提手托盘，其特征在于：转轴(4)设置在边框中心至边框一端的任意位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带提手托盘，其特征在于：托盘为矩形、椭圆形或包括两直边对边的椭圆形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的带提手托盘，其特征在于：连杆(2)、提杆(3)为直形、弧形或S形。
