为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的能拿出中间层的鞋垫包括上层、下层、中间层，上层与下层对齐切割成一样大，上层与下层一边的外侧沿缝合在一起，被缝合的一边为鞋垫一半的周长，上层与下层的另一半敞开，中间层平着置入上层与下层敞开的内空腔里，中间层小于上层与下层，在上层背面一侧敞开的内沿分别均匀设置粘布，下层表面一侧敞开的内沿分别设置粘布，上层背面内沿设置的粘布对齐下层表面内沿设置的粘布，上层与下层的表面分别设置透气孔，且两层均由油面绸布材料构置。
本实用新型的有益效果是，上层与下层均是采用油面绸布构置，油面绸布不吸汗水，需要换鞋垫，使用人只要把中间层拿出来清洗就行，另一双预备的中间层放进去，本实用新型结构简单，使用方面。
