本实用新型为一种无暗区光带灯,由壳体(1)、及其内装有LED线光源(2)、低冲击恒流电源(3)、透光灯罩(4)等组成;壳体(1)上还装有反光板(5)、U型弹性支架(6)、出线护圈(7)、灯间锁定螺钉(9)等;将光带灯固定在所需位置时,相邻光带灯的端部壳体对正孔(1-2)与壳体对正销(1-3)对插,再用灯间锁定螺钉(9)将一个光带灯紧固在另一光带灯的嵌入壳体螺母(1-4)上,壳体(1)端部采用通透式设计,保证了光带灯的均匀性与直线性;灯间透光灯罩搭接缝(4-1)采用小半厚相互搭接的形式,避免出现用其它方式产生光接缝暗区或缝隙亮区。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明光带灯以及其组合方式。 
背景技术
目前,现有的光带灯在连接处会形成一段暗区,这样使得整个光带区出现断点,另外灯与灯之间难以装配成一条直线,影响了照明的美观性和整体协调统一性。 
发明内容
本实用新型用于高端商业购物、休闲娱乐、商业办公及景观等照明环境,打破传统灯泡、灯管等为光源设计成灯具做成光带时,两灯之间连接处不可避免地形成暗节;采用LED线光源做光源,并改善灯具端部结构与灯罩结构,突破性地达到光带的均匀和连续,完善了照明和美观的协调与一致性。 
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现:采用高光效贴片式LED光源做成带状光源,均匀性灯片间隔设计;中间灯具采用通透端部式灯体,保证光的连续性;灯体端部采用专项首尾对插导正件,保证光带的直线性;灯罩搭接采用小半厚搭接形式,减小面罩压而引起的光影响,避免出现光接缝;从而达到光带均匀连续的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,突破性地达到光带的均匀和连续性,在照明和美观方面达到完美的协调与一致。 
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现: 
1、  本实用新型包括壳体1、及其内装有LED线光源2、低冲击恒流电源3、透光灯罩4组成;壳体1上还装有反光板5、U型弹性支架6、出线护圈7、灯间锁定螺钉9等;壳体1先装入低冲击恒流源3、出线护圈7,引出电源线,再装入U型弹性支架6、反光板5、LED线光源2,其后通过灯具安装孔1-5将光带灯固定在所需位置。
2、  本实用新型中的壳体1端部采用通透式设计,保证相邻光带灯之间光的连续性。 
3、  本实用新型中,将光带灯固定在所需位置时,相邻光带灯的端部壳体对正孔1-2与壳体对正销1-3对插,再用灯间锁定螺钉9将一个光带灯紧固在另一光带灯的嵌入壳体螺母1-4上,保证了光带灯的均匀性与直线性。 
4、  本实用新型中的光带灯间透光灯罩搭接缝4-1采用小半厚相互搭接的形式,减小面罩层压而引起的透光率变化,避免出现用其它方式产生光接缝暗区或缝隙亮区。 
5、  本实用新型中的灯具输入电源经电源线8通过低冲击恒流源3联接到LED光源2。 
常见几种光带灯照明方式的概述:
1)      荧光灯光带照明,灯具壳体内装有荧光灯、镇流器,荧光灯光效相比高亮LED灯低、寿命低,荧光灯管内含有汞金属,易污染环境;由于荧光灯端头的原因,形成光带时对接暗区不可避免。
2)      普通LED光带照明,灯具壳体内装有LED光源和电器,灯具间没有对接装置,光带难以形成直线;灯具端头封闭,灯具间有暗区。 
本实用新型与现有情况相比,光效高,使用方便,使用寿命长,经济环保,光带的均匀和连续性,在照明和美观方面达到完美的协调与一致。

具体实施方式
实施案例一
结合图1、2、3实用新型进一步详细描述:
1、一种无暗区光带灯,壳体1采用喷塑钢板制成,壳体1 由三部分组成,主壳体和两通透式端头采用点焊组成一体;线光源2采用匀布LED贴片灯珠的铝合金线条灯,使得光线更均匀;低冲击恒流电源3采用前级π型滤波电路,防止灯具脉动电流对电气干线的影响;透光灯罩4采用柔光PC材质,透光率达88%以上,两端部做搭接台;反光板5采用阳极氧化铝反射板,U型弹性支架6采用弹性不锈钢片;出线护圈7采用塑胶材质,电源线8采用双绝缘护套线。
2、光带灯装配方法:将首条光带灯半固定在所需位置,联接电源线;相邻光带灯的端部壳体对正孔1-2与壳体对正销1-3对插,再用灯间锁定螺钉9将一个光带灯紧固在另一光带灯的嵌入壳体螺母1-4上,并对灯具进行半固定天花结构上,联接电源线;按上述方法将所有灯具对接安装完成后,紧固所有灯具固定螺钉,保证了光带灯的均匀性与直线性;灯具上电正常后,安装透光灯罩4。 
3、光带两端头光带灯处理,光带的端头光带灯采用外加端盖10;端盖对正销10-3与壳体对正孔1-2对插,再用灯间锁定螺钉9将端盖紧固在光带灯的嵌入壳体螺母10-4上,另一个灯间锁定螺钉9通过端盖10孔紧固在光带灯的嵌入壳体螺母1-4上。 
本实用新型实例,无暗区光带灯主要是天花嵌入式安装,灯具两侧装有天花吊顶骨架,灯具下部平面与天花在同一平面上,保证天花的美观。 
本实用新型实例,光带灯可以是吸顶式安装,电源线从灯具出线护圈7引入后,在光带灯具内的反射板5后面水平穿线,并接引入各无暗区光带灯具的低冲击恒流电源3。 

Claims (3)

1.一种无暗区光带灯,包括壳体(1)、及其内装有LED线光源(2)、低冲击恒流电源(3)、透光灯罩(4)组成;其特征在于壳体(1)上还装有反光板(5)、U型弹性支架(6)、出线护圈(7)、灯间锁定螺钉(9);壳体(1)先装入低冲击恒流源(3)、出线护圈(7),引出电源线,再装入U型弹性支架(6)、反光板(5)、LED线光源(2),其后通过灯具安装孔(1-5)将光带灯固定在所需位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光带灯,其特征是将光带灯固定在所需位置时,相邻光带灯的端部壳体对正孔(1-2)与壳体对正销(1-3)对插,再用灯间锁定螺钉(9)将一个光带灯紧固在另一光带灯的嵌入壳体螺母(1-4)上,保证了光带灯的均匀性与直线性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光带灯,其特征是:灯间透光灯罩搭接缝(4-1)采用小半厚相互搭接的形式,减小透光灯罩(4)接缝层压而引起的透光率变化,避免出现用其它方式产生光接缝暗区或缝隙亮区。
