本实用新型涉及一种电动叉车电瓶充电接口与门板的安装结构。
背景技术
电动叉车以直流电源(电瓶)为动力,具有能量转换效率高、噪声小、无废气排放、控制方便等优点,在车间、仓库等场所以及食品、制药、微电子及仪器仪表等对环境条件要求较高的行业等到了广泛应用,成为室内物料搬运的首选工具。
目前我国电动叉车上的充电接口处安装有一块可打开关闭的门板,该门板是通过弹簧与充电接口相连,由于在弹簧长时间的打开和关闭下,弹簧会松动,同时,门板在关闭后在弹簧的拉力下,门板会反拉在充电接口内。由于弹簧松动后,门板就会随着电动叉车的颠簸而摆动,在阴雨天气下雨水很容易进入充电接口处,使电瓶产生短路,造成叉车无法使用。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电动叉车电瓶充电接口与门板的安装结构,该结构坚固可靠,代替了传统的弹簧,延长了充电接口处的门板的使用寿命,同时该门板不会在自身的反拉情况下导致内陷。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:

如图1所示,电动叉车电瓶充电接口与门板的安装结构,它包括机架1、设置在机架1上方的电瓶安装腔2,安装腔2的一侧开有充电接口3,充电接口3处通过弧形弹力连接杆4连接有门板5,在充电接口3的内部还设有一块限位块6。通过弧形弹力连接杆4代替了传统的弹簧,延长了充电接口3处门板5的使用寿命,同时该门板5不会在自身的反拉情况下导致内陷。
门板5上开有一个手拉孔7。在安装腔2的底部开有一个凹槽8,通过该凹槽8给门板5一个安装的空间。
