技术领域
本实用新型属于水处理行业设备领域，具体讲涉及饮水机，尤其是涉及一种饮水机显示屏组件安装结构。
背景技术
目前家庭、办公楼、机关、学校、工厂、工业开发区等饮用水大部分都是桶装水、饮水机或直饮水机，直饮水机的水源是直接与城市自来水管道相连接的，通过对城市市政自来水进行净化，然后提供给人们使用。我国随着经济的发展，老百姓生活质量迅速提高，对饮用水质要求越来越高，需要有许多直饮水机进入学校、商店、车站、机场等公共场所提供人们享用，一些大流量的直饮水机进入公共场所越来越多，这种放置于公共场所的直饮水机中一个重要的显示设备是显示屏组件，但是由于饮水机的显示屏组件安装部采用大面积不锈钢装饰拉丝级材料制作，所有零件都不能与它用焊接、铆接等方法连接，焊接会破坏不锈钢装饰拉丝面，铆接会影响产品整体的外观效果，因此现有的饮水机显示屏组件的安装方式第一种是将零件粘接在所要装配的位置，但这种方式无法对零件进行拆装，需要维修时，需将零件拆卸后重新粘结甚至需要重新更换新的零部件，增加了维修成本，第二种安装方式是是在不锈钢内侧设计固定支架来固定内部零件，此种方法不适合装属于外部零件的显示屏组件；第三种方式是在不锈钢材料上开孔，用螺母或卡扣将零件连接在不锈钢簿板上，这种连接虽然不影响产品外观，但零件固定困难，装配精度难以保证。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对传统的显示屏组件安装方式容易破换饮水机外观及使用的安全性、维修复杂，安装困难的技术缺陷，提供一种饮水机显示屏组件安装结构。能够将饮水机显示屏组件方便快捷的安装在饮水机上，降低了安装的难度，提高了组装效率。
技术方案
为了实现上述技术目的，本实用新型设计一种饮水机显示屏组件安装结构，其特征在于：它包括上身外壳板、透明窗和显示屏支架，所述上身外壳板开有透明窗安装槽口，透明窗安装槽口口沿设有插入导槽，透明窗插入安装在透明窗安装槽口内，所述透明窗位于透明窗安装槽口一侧设有第一卡口槽，显示屏支架上与第一卡口槽对应处设有第一卡勾，第一卡勾卡嵌在第一卡口槽内，显示屏支架能够绕第一卡勾和第一卡口槽连接点上下转动，所述显示屏支架位于插入导槽的两侧设有第二卡勾，所述透明窗上与第二卡勾对应处设有第二卡口槽，第二卡勾卡钳装在第二卡口槽内。
所述第一卡口槽为两个，分别设在透明窗外侧两边。
有益效果
本实用新型利用透明窗两边开设插槽，与上身外壳板配合，在透明窗上同时设置卡槽，与显示组件支架中配合，代替传统的螺丝固定，缩短了装配的时间，提供了生产效率，降低了生产成本。

如附图1～4所示，一种饮水机显示屏组件安装结构，其特征在于：它包括上身外壳板1、透明窗2和显示屏支架3，所述上身外壳板1开有透明窗安装槽口101，透明窗安装槽口101口沿设有插入导槽101a，透明窗2插入安装在透明窗安装槽口101内，所述透明窗2位于透明窗安装槽口101一侧设有第一卡口槽201，显示屏支架3上与第一卡口槽201对应处设有第一卡勾301，第一卡勾301卡嵌在第一卡口槽201内，显示屏支架3能够绕第一卡勾301和第一卡口槽201连接点上下转动，所述显示屏支架3位于插入导槽101a的两侧设有第二卡勾302，所述透明窗2上与第二卡勾302对应处设有第二卡口槽202，第二卡勾302卡钳装在第二卡口槽202内。
所述第一卡口槽201为两个，分别设在透明窗2外侧两边。
将透明窗2的沿着上身外壳板1的透明窗安装槽口101向下插入到上身外壳板1中，接着将显示屏支架3装入透明窗2中，装入时先将显屏组件支架3第一卡勾301压入第一卡口槽201内，再向下转到显示屏支架3，将显示屏支架3压入到透明窗2部第二卡口槽202内。
本实用新型利用透明窗两边开设插槽，与上身外壳板配合，在透明窗上同时设置卡槽，与显示组件支架中配合，代替传统的螺丝固定，缩短了装配的时间，提供了生产效率，降低了生产成本。

1.一种饮水机显示屏组件安装结构，其特征在于：它包括上身外壳板(1)、透明窗(2)和显示屏支架(3)，所述上身外壳板(1)开有透明窗安装槽口(101)，透明窗安装槽口(101)口沿设有插入导槽(101a)，透明窗(2)插入安装在透明窗安装槽口(101)内，所述透明窗(2)位于透明窗安装槽口(101)一侧设有第一卡口槽(201)，显示屏支架(3)上与第一卡口槽(201)对应处设有第一卡勾(301)，第一卡勾(301)卡嵌在第一卡口槽(201)内，显示屏支架(3)能够绕第一卡勾(301)和第一卡口槽(201)连接点上下转动，所述显示屏支架(3)位于插入导槽(101a)的两侧设有第二卡勾(302)，所述透明窗(2)上与第二卡勾(302)对应处设有第二卡口槽(202)，第二卡勾(302)卡钳装在第二卡口槽(202)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种饮水机显示屏组件安装结构，其特征在于：所述第一卡口槽(201)为两个，分别设在透明窗(2)外侧两边。
