本实用新型公开了一种半自动发米槽，是一个设置有上盖的箱体，所述箱体侧壁设置有箱内温度计6、箱内湿度计8，以及连通箱内与箱外的换气扇7；所述箱盖上设置有定时器1；此外，所述箱盖内缘围绕有管道5，所述管道5开设有喷雾/喷水孔4，所述管道5分别连接有连至所述箱盖外部的热水进入口3、热气进入口2；所述热水进入口3连接了热水泵送单元；所述热气进入口2连接了热气泵送单元。本实用新型在发芽槽上添加了热气进入口，在规定长度时，利用热气进入口加入热气，对原料进行灭芽，保证原料芽不再继续生长。而且使用高压喷雾（热气）后，可以使槽内湿度，温度得到恒定时间，使发芽率达到95%以上，达到提高了生产效率、保证了发芽率的目的。

现有技术的发芽机，存在发芽率不易控制的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有发芽机发芽率不易控制的问题，通过加设喷水、喷雾通道，提高发芽率。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供一种半自动发米槽，为设置有上盖的箱体，所述箱体侧壁设置有箱内温度计、箱内湿度计，以及连通箱内与箱外的换气扇；所述箱盖上设置有定时器；此外，所述箱盖内缘围绕有管道，所述管道开设有喷雾/喷水孔，所述管道分别连接有连至所述箱盖外部的热水进入口、热气进入口；所述热水进入口连接了热水泵送单元；所述热气进入口连接了热气泵送单元。
优选方式下，所述箱体设置了四层发芽槽；所述箱体高度0.8米，长度和宽度均为1.2米。
本发明在发芽槽上添加了热气进入口，这样的设计能保证在原料芽发到规定长度时，利用热气进入口加入热气，对原料进行灭芽，保证原料芽不再继续生长。而且使用高压喷雾（热气）后，可以使槽内湿度，温度得到恒定时间，使发芽率达到95%以上，原来只能放1层发芽，改进后可以放4层以上，所以，即省能源、人工、水，并且大大提高了生产效率，保证了发芽率。

如图1所示本发明半自动发米槽，是一个设置有上盖的箱体，箱体侧壁设置有箱内温度计6、箱内湿度计8，以及连通箱内与箱外的换气扇7。箱盖上设置有定时器1。此外箱盖内缘围绕有管道5（图中未示出管道，但示意了设置的位置），管道5开设有喷雾/喷水孔4，管道5分别连接有连至所述箱盖外部的热水进入口3、热气进入口2。热水进入口3连接了热水泵送单元；热气进入口2连接了热气泵送单元。此外优选方式下，箱体设置了四层发芽槽；箱体加盖后的整体高度0.8米，底部长度和宽度均为1.2米。
