本实用新型涉及一种建筑工程结构,尤其是涉及一种防辐射混凝土结构。防辐射混凝土结构,在混凝土中开设穿墙孔洞,混凝土两侧埋有孔套,孔套由钢板焊成,穿墙孔洞与孔套之间开有一段空心槽,空心槽内安装有水泥滑块,孔套外设置有融铅密封层。本实用新型具有设计较合理,施工成本较低,结构强度和刚度较强,不易体积膨胀开裂等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑工程结构,尤其是涉及一种防辐射混凝土结构。
背景技术
为提高和改善全国人民的医疗和健康水平,各类各级的保健医疗医院蓬勃兴建,因此防射线泄漏的X光室、CT室、磁共振室的屏蔽混凝土工程也越来越多。如果对有核辐射要求的混凝土处理不好,泄漏核辐射将对人产生重大伤害,核辐射对人体有害,在有人及人活动的场所必须防止辐射线,这就需要使用具有一定防护能力的防护材料。混凝土遭受核辐射的照射时,混凝土吸收辐射的能量可转化为热量,导致混凝土中温度升高至100℃或更高至几百度,使混凝土结构内部膨胀导致结构破坏。因此防辐射混凝土施工必须注意一下几点:混凝土内部因吸收辐射线导致温度上升而产生体积膨胀;混凝土内部因吸收辐射线导致混凝土结构强度和刚度下降;混凝土内部因吸收辐射线导致混凝土内部和表面水分严重损失;混凝土内部因吸收辐射线导致混凝土产生不利的活化物质。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是针对现有技术所存在的结构复杂,施工成本较高,结构强度和刚度较差,容易体积膨胀开裂的技术问题,提供一种结构简单,施工成本较低,结构强度和刚度较强,不易体积膨胀开裂的防辐射混凝土结构。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:防辐射混凝土结构,在混凝土中开设穿墙孔洞,混凝土两侧埋有孔套,孔套由钢板焊成,穿墙孔洞与孔套之间开有一段空心槽,空心槽内安装有水泥滑块,孔套外设置有融铅密封层。由于穿越孔洞处减弱了防护层的有效厚度,因此穿越孔洞均用10mm厚钢板焊成孔套,埋入混凝土中,加大材料密度来补偿这种削弱。
因此,本实用新型具有设计较合理,施工成本较低,结构强度和刚度较强,不易体积膨胀开裂等特点。

实施例1:防辐射混凝土结构,在混凝土中开设穿墙孔洞,混凝土1两侧埋有孔套2,孔套2由钢板焊成,穿墙孔洞6与孔套2之间开有一段空心槽3,空心槽3内安装有水泥滑块4,孔套2外设置有融铅密封层5(如图1所示)。

1.一种防辐射混凝土结构,在混凝土中开设穿墙孔洞,其特征在于所述混凝土(1)两侧埋有孔套(2),孔套(2)由钢板焊成,穿墙孔洞(6)与孔套(2)之间开有一段空心槽(3),空心槽(3)内安装有水泥滑块(4),孔套(2)外设置有融铅密封层(5)。
