在电力线路的终端杆和耐张杆处，需要在杆塔上加装拉线，为了保证行人的安全，电力部门在拉线处配上拉线护套，给行人一个醒目的标识，客观上保证了行人的安全，但是由于雨雪天气造成拉线受潮，潮气在拉线护套中无法及时散出，造成拉线生锈，同时由于拉线两端封闭，拉线生锈情况巡视人员无法查到，容易酿成隐患，甚至发生事故。

本实用新型目的是提供一种镂空式拉线护套，加快了拉线护套中潮气的散出，同时增强了警示效果，解决背景技术中存在的问题。
