在电力线路的终端杆和耐张杆处,需要在杆塔上加装拉线,为了保证行人的安全,电力部门在拉线处配上拉线护套,给行人一个醒目的标识,客观上保证了行人的安全,但是由于雨雪天气造成拉线受潮,潮气在拉线护套中无法及时散出,造成拉线生锈,同时由于拉线两端封闭,拉线生锈情况巡视人员无法查到,容易酿成隐患,甚至发生事故。
