本实用新型公开了一种快速形成虹吸的装置，包括无阀过滤器（5），无阀过滤器的清水仓（6）上部连接清水出水管（2），清水出水管（2）上安装出水阀（3）；清水仓（6）顶部连接清水仓气管（1），清水仓气管（1）上安装气阀（4）。本实用新型在原有的无阀过滤器上进行改进，无需改动原有管路，只需简单增加两条管路即可实现快速虹吸反冲，无需借助外在电力抽真空设备等，安全可靠；结构简单。

背景技术
无阀过滤器广泛应用于地表水净化，循环水旁流过滤，生产废水除悬浮杂质，有机污水经生化和二沉处理后的过滤。无阀过滤器主要利用虹吸原理进行定期反冲洗，过滤器进水出水、冲洗及排水均不用阀门，靠水力作用自动运行。 无阀过滤器工作原理：原水经过水管进入滤池通过滤层自上而下的过滤，后进入存水箱，充满后通过出水管入清水池。滤层不断留悬浮物，造成阻力增加，而促使虹吸管内的水位不断升高，当水位达到虹吸辅助管管口时，水自该管落下，通过抽气管借以带走虹吸下降的空气，当真空度达到一定值时，便发生虹吸作用而使水自下而上通过滤层对滤料进行反冲洗。当冲洗水箱水面下降至虹吸破坏管时，空气进入虹吸管，破坏虹吸作用，反冲洗结束，过滤重新开始。但反冲洗时，需要引入高压水插至虹吸反冲管，对滤仓上部与虹吸管抽真空，而高压水需要引高压水管或是用水泵增压，既繁琐又会增加生产成本和人工。
如果无阀过滤器若要虹吸进行手动辅助反冲时，原有的辅助反冲管引水抽真空，直至虹吸形成，需要漫长的时间等待，不利于设备运行。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足，本实用新型提供了一种快速形成虹吸的装置，在原有的无阀过滤器上进行改进，无需改动原有管路，只需简单增加两条管路即可实现快速虹吸反冲，无需借助外在电力抽真空设备等，安全可靠。
本实用新型的技术方案：
一种快速形成虹吸的装置，包括无阀过滤器，在无阀过滤器的清水仓上部连接清水出水管，清水出水管上安装出水阀；清水仓顶部连接清水仓气管，清水仓气管上安装气阀。
设备装置运行原理：当设备正常运行时，实现过滤净水功能时，清水仓气管与清水出水管始终保持在畅通开启状态。
当无阀过滤器因某些原因（如滤仓内杂质积压或过滤效果不理想等情况）需要形成虹吸反冲时，关闭出水阀和气阀，使得清水仓处于封闭状态，水源持续继续向设备供水，清水仓的水不能被排走，无阀过滤器的滤仓内的水位会抬高，涌向虹吸反冲管与辅助反冲管，则立即形成虹吸反冲洗；实现快速形成虹吸现象。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、无阀过滤器在初次运行时，需要对设备进行初次反洗，以便冲干净滤料。现有的无阀过滤器，都需要引入高压水插至虹吸反冲管，对滤仓上部与虹吸管抽真空，高压水需要引高压水管或是用水泵增压。而采用本实用新型的快速形成虹吸的装置则无需再引入高压水，对无电地区或拉电成本高的应用点可以减少工人和成本，且操作简单。
2、无阀过滤器若要虹吸进行手动辅助反冲时，原有的辅助反冲管引水抽真空，直至虹吸形成，需要漫长的时间等待，而采用本实用新型的快速形成虹吸的装置，只要设备蓄足自身反冲洗水，即在清水仓内蓄满水，可立即关闭出水阀和气阀, 马上就可以反冲滤层。这样节约了调试人员或操作人员的时间。
3、本实用新型结构简单，改造方便，易于控制，且无需借助外在电力抽真空设备来实现虹吸反冲，安全可靠。

实施例
一种快速形成虹吸的装置（如图1~图2所示），在无阀过滤器5的清水仓6上部连接清水出水管2，清水出水管2上安装出水阀3；清水仓6顶部连接清水仓气管1，清水仓气管1上安装气阀4。
工作原理：
当设备正常运行时，实现过滤净水功能时，清水仓气管1与清水出水管2始终保持在畅通开启状态。
当无阀过滤器需要形成虹吸反冲时，关闭出水阀3和气阀4，清水仓6处于封闭状态，水源持续继续向无阀过滤器内供水，清水仓6的水不能被排走，无阀过滤器5的滤仓内的水位会抬高，涌向虹吸反冲管与辅助反冲管，则立即形成虹吸反冲；实现快速形成虹吸现象。
