Abstract

一种用于人工环境设施的蒸发式加湿装置,包括水槽和蒸发板,所述蒸发板由吸水材料制成,所述水槽为长方形浅槽,槽内设置U型支架用于放置蒸发板。本加湿装置利用自然蒸发原理,不需要任何能源,且体积小,节省空间,将其安置于保湿罩内的发芽盘的空隙处并注满水即可。本加湿装置能显著增加密闭环境的湿度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于人工环境设施的蒸发式加湿装置,如用于植物种子发芽育苗过程的培养箱或带保湿罩的多层培养架。 
背景技术
中国专利CN202019579U“带保湿罩的多层培养架”(公开日2011.11.02 )公开了一种带保湿罩的多层培养架,该培养架在每层层板之上设置一个用透光材料制成的壳体,避免室内循环风和多层培养架层顶光源释放的热量对局部环境湿度的影响,防止培养基水分过快蒸发,保持较高的局部环境湿度。但是,在我国较干燥的地区或季节,仅采取这一保湿措施还不足以提供所需的局部湿度,还需要进一步采取措施增加湿度。 
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种用于人工环境设施的蒸发式加湿装置,进一步提高人工局部环境的湿度。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:用于人工环境设施的蒸发式加湿装置,包括水槽和蒸发板,所述蒸发板由吸水材料制成,即吸水材料薄层形成瓦楞波纹状,再由众多瓦楞波纹状薄层形成通透的蜂窝状,该通透方向与蒸发板板面垂直,所述水槽为长方形浅槽,槽内设置U型支架用于放置蒸发板。本加湿装置占用空间小,将其安置于保湿罩内的发芽盘的空隙处并注满水即可。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,吸水材料制成的蒸发板将水槽的水吸遍整体,由于其表面积很大且具通透性,加强了其蒸发势能,加大了蒸发量;本加湿装置利用自然蒸发原理,不需要任何能源,且体积小,节省空间。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2a、图2b所示,用于人工环境设施的蒸发式加湿装置,包括水槽2和蒸发板1,所述蒸发板1由吸水材料制成,即吸水材料薄层形成瓦楞波纹状,再由众多瓦楞波纹状薄层形成通透的蜂窝状,该通透方向与蒸发板板面垂直,所述水槽2为长方形浅槽,槽内设置U型支架3用于放置蒸发板1。如图3、图4、图5所示,本加湿装置使用时,将其安置于保湿罩内的发芽盘的空隙处并注满水即可。本加湿装置也可用于培养箱等人工环境设施中,以增加湿度。

1.用于人工环境设施的蒸发式加湿装置,其特征是,它包括水槽(2)和蒸发板(1),所述蒸发板(1)由吸水材料制成,所述水槽(2)为长方形浅槽,槽内设置U型支架(3)用于放置蒸发板(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加湿装置,其特征是,所述的蒸发板(1)由吸水材料制成,即吸水材料薄层形成瓦楞波纹状,再由众多瓦楞波纹状薄层形成通透的蜂窝状,该通透方向与蒸发板(1)板面垂直。
