背景技术
因旁路作业系统暴露在大气环境中运行,且铺设方式的临时性,其终端接头和中间接头位置的电场严重畸变,是绝缘性能最为薄弱的环节,因此其绝缘结构,界面压强和电场控制以及制造质量,直接关系到线路旁路作业系统的安全,可靠运行。

本实用新型解决的问题是提供一种旁路电缆接头。 
一种旁路电缆接头,包括内部导体、中空结构的外壳、中空的绝缘体、对位自锁装置和防护盖;所述外壳内套设有所述绝缘体,所述绝缘体内套设有所述内部导体,所述外壳的外部设有所述对位自锁装置,在所述外壳的一端还设有一个所述防护盖。 
本实用新型的积极效果是:本装置考虑到现场施工环境因素,此电缆转换接头安装简单,易于携带,能快速将环网柜内半绝缘电缆接头和旁路电缆分别与其对接,达到快速,安全可靠的目的。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的一种旁路电缆接头,包括:内部导体1、中空结构的外壳2、中空的绝缘体3、对位自锁装置4和防护盖5。 
外壳2内套设有绝缘体3,绝缘体3内套设有内部导体1,内部导体1连接部件采用铜表带型触指结构。 
外壳2的外部设有对位自锁装置4,在外壳2的一端还设有一个防护盖5。 
实用新型的积极效果是:本装置具备全绝缘水平,电场应力控制锥,主绝缘层,半导电层用三元乙丙橡胶成型,接头外表面相互碰触不会发生相间短路,外表碰触到接地体不会发生相对地短路,中间接头的端口具有对位自锁快速插拔功能,与旁路柔性电缆连接时可以牢固,可靠闭锁。接头分离是,应先解除中间接头闭锁装置。

1.一种旁路电缆接头,其特征在于,包括内部导体、中空结构的外壳、中空的绝缘体、对位自锁装置和防护盖;所述外壳内套设有所述绝缘体,所述绝缘体内套设有所述内部导体,所述外壳的外部设有所述对位自锁装置,在所述外壳的一端还设有一个所述防护盖。
