技术领域
本实用新型涉及光伏幕墙窗技术领域,尤其是用于对光伏幕墙发电性能和对室内环境影响研究的光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱。
背景技术
光伏幕墙是将传统幕墙与光电转换技术相结合的一种新型建筑,主要是利用太阳能发电的一种新型、绿色的能源技术,是幕墙行业发展的方向,具有对全社会推广的价值。
目前国内在光伏幕墙的应用研发方面技术还不够成熟、完善。光伏组件的发电能力和对建筑物受季节、地区、气候、朝向、仰角影响是十分复杂的,且通过理论计算或研究无法得出可靠结论,而且建筑物幕墙受太阳辐射、室外温湿度变化和风速、风向的综合作用,其真实热工性能应在模拟建筑物真实状况的动态足尺构件热工性能试验装置上测试得到,若将太阳能光伏幕墙真正做到集光伏发电、保温节能、阳光控制、不影响采光、不影响外立面装饰效果等多功能于一身,还需要做大量实验研究工作,而应用该实验研究的试验装置便是不可缺少的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据现有技术的不足提供一种光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱,能测试建筑光伏幕墙构件动态热工性能和电工性能,为光伏幕墙实验研究提供了足尺的实验装置。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱,包括钢板平台和固定在钢板平台上的实验箱体,其特征在于:所述实验箱体内设置有相互独立的实验房间A和实验房间B,实验房间A和实验房间B被廊道分隔开,实验箱体的左侧开设有与外界相通的外门,在实验房间A和实验房间B的内壁上开设有内门,在试验箱体的正面设置有使实验房间A和实验房间B与外界联通的双层窗,双层窗的上端和下端设置有可拆卸通风口。
所述可拆卸通风口包括设置在双层窗上端的上可拆卸通风口和设置在双层窗下端的下可拆卸通风口。
所述双层窗内设置有钢框架,在钢框架上安装有外层窗和内层窗。
所述实验箱体的四周、底面、顶面和内部实验房间的分隔均采用用100mm保温岩棉夹芯板覆盖。
本实用新型的技术效果:结构简单,设置两个实验房间和便于拆卸的双层窗,能够模拟单层幕墙、双层幕墙的条件,并且模拟双层幕墙各种通风形式的影响,整个实验箱能够模拟建筑物幕墙受太阳辐射、室外温湿度变化和风速、风向的综合作用,为光伏幕墙的实验研究提供能够测试建筑光伏幕墙构件动态热工性能和电工性能的足尺试验装置,为理论计算或研究提供准确的实验数据支撑。

如图1所示,一种光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱,包括钢板平台1和固定在钢板平台1上的实验箱体2,其特征在于:所述实验箱体2内设置有相互独立的实验房间A3和实验房间B4,实验房间A3和实验房间B4被廊道9分隔开,实验箱体2的左侧开设有与外界相通的外门6,在实验房间A3和实验房间B4的内壁上开设有内门7,在试验箱体2的正面设置有使实验房间A3和实验房间B4与外界联通的双层窗8,双层窗8的上端和下端设置有可拆卸通风口5。
如图2所示可拆卸通风口5包括设置在双层窗8上端的上可拆卸通风口11和设置在双层窗8下端的下可拆卸通风口12,可根据实验通风要求任意组合;双层窗8内设置有钢框架10,在钢框架10上安装有外层窗13和内层窗14,方便拆装换置各种配置的玻璃。可拆卸通风口5和双层窗8能模拟单层幕墙、双层幕墙的条件,并且模拟双层幕墙各种通风形式的影响。
如图5所示在实验箱体2的顶面和四个侧面布置辐射表15收集太阳辐射强度;如图6所示在实验箱体2的外部,光伏组件(即双层窗)和两个房间内部布置热电偶16收集温度值;如图7所示在实验箱体2的顶面和四个侧面布置照度计17收集光照强度值。
本实用新型的光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱,能够模拟建筑物幕墙受太阳辐射、室外温湿度变化和风速、风向的综合作用,为光伏幕墙的实验研究提供能够测试建筑光伏幕墙构件动态热工性能和电工性能的足尺试验装置,为理论计算或研究提供准确的实验数据支撑。

2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱,其特征在于:所述可拆卸通风口(5)包括设置在双层窗(8)上端的上可拆卸通风口(11)和设置在双层窗(8)下端的下可拆卸通风口(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱,其特征在于:所述双层窗(8)内设置有钢框架(10),在钢框架(10)上安装有外层窗(13)和内层窗(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光伏幕墙性能测试实验箱,其特征在于:所述实验箱体(2)的四周、底面、顶面和内部实验房间的分隔均采用用100mm保温岩棉夹芯板覆盖。
