本实用新型涉及一种卡簧结构的AAR球台组件。
（二）背景技术
AAR球台组件的卡簧没有特殊要求，产品在实际使用时有发生卡滞现象导致产品早期失效。
（三）实用新型内容
为了防止AAR球台组件出现卡滞现象问题，本实用新型提高一种可提高产品性能寿命，防止产品使用旋转时出现卡滞现象导致产品早期失效的一种卡簧结构的AAR球台组件。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 
 一种卡簧结构的AAR球台组件,其包括外球台、卡簧、内球台、滚针，滚针装入外球台的内径处，再将内球台装入滚针轴承，将卡簧固定在外球台内径卡槽内。，其特征在于：对卡簧的开口角度为30°，卡簧开口宽度＜1.8mm。         
本实用新型通过改进卡簧的开口角度和卡簧开口宽度，防止AAR球台组件出现卡滞现象。

（五）具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明：
如图1、2所示，AAR球台组件的实施方式：首先将滚针4装入外球台1的内径处，再将内球台3装入滚针轴承，将卡簧2固定在外球台1内径卡槽内。最后检查组装后的AAR组件的旋转灵活性，检查滚针4是否有漏出导致卡滞现象。
对其卡簧设置特殊尺寸30°开口，并对开口宽度进行控制，组装后的产品进行确认开口宽度＜1.8mm，防止滚针漏出，避免产品在使用旋转时出现卡滞现象，可有效提高产品的使用性能寿命。
