本实用新型公开一种滑门调控阻尼器,包括外壳、框架及中间件,框架插合在外壳内,所述中间件套插在框架中间并固定连接;所述外壳两端分别设有连接件,该连接件上分别设有固定孔,所述框架包括一卡槽,于所述卡槽内设有两组滑轮,并于所述卡槽下方与所述滑轮对称位置设有两组与所述框架铆接的弹片,该弹片压合在所述外壳的下底面;所述中间件上端一侧的型腔内包括一滑钩件,下端面设有固定套装的拉力弹簧、扭力弹簧及阻尼油缸,结构简单,可任意搭配多种挂板,将该阻尼器使用在不同类型的滑门上,安装方便,制造成本低,使用方便,且有效防止滑轮跳轨,使装置本身使用更加安全。

本实用新型涉及滑门调节技术,尤其涉及一种滑门调控阻尼器。 
背景技术
滑动门又叫可移动隔断门、移动隔断门、轨道隔断门。具有易安装、可重复利用、可工业化生产、防火、环保等特点。 
滑动门已经成为相对广泛的家居装潢之一,多用于房屋设计或各种箱体、柜子上的安装使用,滑门本身结构大气,使用方便,不会因使用太久而在开关门的时候产生噪音,且便于安装和拆卸,滑门在安装或使用的过程中,因各种滑门的规格或者型号不一样,使得阻尼器的设计难度大,且非常不方便,为了不影响滑门的整体美观设计,对于阻尼器及滑轮的安装难度非常大,设计不同的安装槽或连接扣来实现滑轮或阻尼器的安装,非常不方便,而且成本非常高,阻尼器的设计直接影响滑门的正常使用,需要全面考虑安装的快捷方便,又需要考虑滑动门的使用性能,保障期不容易跳轨,提高其安全性。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种滑门调控阻尼器,改变传统的阻尼器结构,通过扭力弹簧、拉力弹簧配套阻尼油缸实现滑门的阻尼调节,调节方便,滑轮铆接在框架上并配置对称连接的弹片有效防止滑轮跳轨,配置任意连接的多种挂板,使得阻尼器的安装模式多种多样,适用于多种类别及不同型号的滑门安装使用,整体结构简单,成本低,使用方便,使该装置更加安全。 
为有效解决上述问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案如下: 
一种滑门调控阻尼器,包括外壳、框架及中间件,框架插合在外壳内,所述中间件套插在框架中间并固定连接;所述外壳两端分别设有连接件,该连接 件上分别设有固定孔,所述框架包括一卡槽,于所述卡槽内设有两组滑轮,并于所述卡槽下方与所述滑轮对称位置设有两组与所述框架铆接的弹片,该弹片压合在所述外壳的下底面;所述中间件上端一侧的型腔内包括一滑钩件,下端面设有固定套装的拉力弹簧、扭力弹簧及阻尼油缸。 
特别的,所述中间件包括多个铆接孔及铆钉,所述滑钩件、拉力弹簧及阻尼油缸分别与所述中间件通过铆钉铆接。 
特别的,所述框架包括多个铆接孔及铆钉,所述滑轮及弹片分别与所述框架通过铆钉铆接。 
特别的,所述滑轮设置在所述框架的上部卡槽两端,所述滑轮为轴承包胶轮。 
特别的,所述滑钩件为软体结构的滑钩式组合体,包括可扭动下压实现组合定位的扭力部位,所述扭力部位下端固定,上端包括一扭嘴,通过扭动实现整体上部下压或分离。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型提供的滑门调控阻尼器改变传统的阻尼器结构,通过扭力弹簧、拉力弹簧配套阻尼油缸实现滑门的阻尼调节,调节方便,滑轮铆接在框架上并配置对称连接的弹片有效防止滑轮跳轨,配置任意连接的多种挂板,使得阻尼器的安装模式多种多样,适用于多种类别及不同型号的滑门安装使用,整体结构简单,成本低,使用方便,使该装置更加安全。

具体实施方式
实施例1: 
如图1及图2所示,本实施例中的一种滑门调控阻尼器,包括外壳001、框架002及中间件003,框架002插合在外壳001内,所述中间件003套插在框架002中间并固定连接;所述外壳001两端分别设有连接件004,该连接件004上分别设有固定孔041,所述框架002包括一卡槽005,于所述卡槽005内设有两组滑轮006,并于所述卡槽005下方与所述滑轮006对称位置设有两组与所述框架002铆接的弹片007,该弹片007压合在所述外壳001的下底面;所述中间件003上端一侧的型腔内包括一滑钩件008,下端面设有固定套装的拉力弹簧009、扭力弹簧010及阻尼油缸011。 
如图2及图3所示,所述中间件003包括多个铆接孔012及铆钉013,所述滑钩件008、拉力弹簧009及阻尼油缸分别与所述中间件003通过铆钉013铆接。所述框架002包括多个铆接孔012及铆钉013,所述滑轮006及弹片007分别与所述框架002通过铆钉013铆接。所述滑轮006设置在所述框架002的上部卡槽005两端,所述滑轮006为轴承包胶轮。所述滑钩件008为软体结构的滑钩式组合体,包括可扭动下压实现组合定位的扭力部位,所述扭力部位下 端固定,上端包括一扭嘴017,通过扭动实现整体上部下压或分离。

该实施例中的滑门调控阻尼器改变传统的阻尼器结构,通过扭力弹簧010、拉力弹簧009配套阻尼油缸011实现滑门的阻尼调节,调节方便,滑轮006铆接在框架002上并配置对称连接的弹片007有效防止滑轮006跳轨,配置任意连接的多种挂板,包括扣型挂板、双边搭扣式挂板及T型挂板,使得阻尼器的安装模式多种多样,适用于多种类别及不同型号的滑门安装使用,整体结构简单,成本低,使用方便,使该装置更加安全。

1.一种滑门调控阻尼器,其特征在于,包括外壳、框架及中间件,框架插合在外壳内,所述中间件套插在框架中间并固定连接;所述外壳两端分别设有连接件,该连接件上分别设有固定孔,所述框架包括一卡槽,于所述卡槽内设有两组滑轮,并于所述卡槽下方与所述滑轮对称位置设有两组与所述框架铆接的弹片,该弹片压合在所述外壳的下底面;所述中间件上端一侧的型腔内包括一滑钩件,下端面设有固定套装的拉力弹簧、扭力弹簧及阻尼油缸。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑门调控阻尼器,其特征在于,所述中间件包括多个铆接孔及铆钉,所述滑钩件、拉力弹簧及阻尼油缸分别与所述中间件通过铆钉铆接。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的滑门调控阻尼器,其特征在于,所述框架包括多个铆接孔及铆钉,所述滑轮及弹片分别与所述框架通过铆钉铆接。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的滑门调控阻尼器,其特征在于,所述滑轮设置在所述框架的上部卡槽两端,所述滑轮为轴承包胶轮。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的滑门调控阻尼器,其特征在于,所述滑钩件为软体结构的滑钩式组合体,包括可扭动下压实现组合定位的扭力部位,所述扭力部位下端固定,上端包括一扭嘴,通过扭动实现整体上部下压或分离。
