常见的电热壶都是单层壳体，由不锈钢或塑料制成，这种电热壶加热速度快，使用方便，已被广泛使用。壶内的水烧开后，若不及时将水转移至保温瓶内，电热壶内的水很容易变凉，造成频繁加热，浪费能源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种真空外壳电热水壶，其兼具加热和保温功能。
本实用新型要解决的是现有的电热壶存在的保温效果差、功能少等缺陷。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1～5所示，一种真空外壳电热水壶，包括壶盖18、壶嘴16、壶身13和壶底10，所述壶盖18和壶身13之间通过塑料肩19相连，所述壶身的侧面设有提手4，所述提手4下方设有按压式电源开关6，所述电源开关内设有指示灯组件7；所述壶底10为塑料底；所述壶身包括外壳和内胆14，所述外壳为不锈钢真空结构，所述不锈钢真空外壳由内层和外层组成，所述内层和外层之间设有一个真空层12；所述真空层中靠近壶底处设有真空层消气片5；将真空层中的空气抽掉后，可以起到很好的保温作用。所述内胆14为不锈钢内胆；所述内胆顶部外围设有内胆密封圈15。所述内胆的内壁上设有最低和最高液位线11。
所述壶底设有温控器组件9；所述壶身侧面的内胆和真空外壳之间设有蒸汽导管3；所述蒸汽导管3的顶端设有蒸汽密封圈2；所述蒸汽导管的顶部与壶身内胆相通；所述蒸汽导管的底端设有蒸汽头8，所述蒸汽头位于壶底，与温控器组件9相连；所述蒸汽导管3为双层空心管。当壶内的水烧开后，产生的蒸汽通过蒸汽密封圈进入蒸汽导管3，再到蒸汽头8；与蒸汽头相连的温控器组件9感应到蒸汽温度后，关闭电源开关，切断电源。
所述壶盖通过钩扣装置20与壶身相连；所述壶盖一侧设有放水按钮1，所述壶盖内靠近壶嘴处设有阀杆17，所述阀杆通过放水按钮控制。钩扣装置20可将壶盖打开或者关闭，便于注水；水烧开后，按下放水按钮1，阀杆17向上抬起，内胆14内的水便可从壶嘴16倒出。
