本实用新型的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现：一种节能型单柄双控阀芯，其特征在于：包括壳体和底壳，所述壳体端头内套有凸杆套，凸杆套通过销子连接有凸杆，所述壳体内腔中自上而下依次设有动片盖、陶瓷动片和陶瓷静片，陶瓷静片上设有冷热水进水孔，陶瓷动片上设有通孔，所述陶瓷动片底部设有不锈钢过滤网，所述陶瓷静片与底壳之间设有内密封件；所述凸杆下端设有球头部，球头部嵌入动片盖上设有的孔中；所述底壳底部设有底密封件；所述凸杆套和动片盖设置一个导槽装置， 导槽装置包括凸杆套底部的凸柱和动片盖上的导槽。 
所述导槽装置限制动片盖运动方向，动片盖带动陶瓷动片，迫使陶瓷动片先经过陶瓷静片冷水方向的进水孔，才能到达热水进水孔。确保单柄双控阀打开时一定先是冷水，不会产生热能的损耗。因此，本实用新型打开情况时，先有冷水出来，不会先出热水，节省热水所消耗的能源，从而控制阀芯的开启方向的顺序，起到节能的目的。

如图1、图2所示，一种节能型单柄双控阀芯，其特征在于：包括壳体1和底壳2，所述壳体1端头内套有凸杆套3，凸杆套3通过销子4连接有凸杆5，所述壳体1内腔中自上而下依次设有动片盖6、陶瓷动片7和陶瓷静片8，陶瓷静片7上设有冷热水进水孔15，陶瓷动片8上设有通孔16，所述陶瓷动片7底部设有不锈钢过滤网9，所述陶瓷静片8与底壳1之间设有内密封件10；所述凸杆5下端设有球头部11，球头部11嵌入动片盖 6上设有的孔中；所述底壳2底部设有底密封件12；所述凸杆套3和动片盖6设置一个导槽装置，导槽装置包括凸杆套3底部的凸柱13和动片盖6上的导槽14。 
所述导槽装置限制动片盖运动方向，动片盖带动陶瓷动片，迫使陶瓷动片先经过陶瓷静片冷水方向的进水孔，才能到达热水进水孔。确保单柄双控阀打开时一定先是冷水，不会产生热能的损耗。因此，本实用新型打开情况时，先有冷水出来，不会先出热水，节省热水所消耗的能源，从而控制阀芯的开启方向的顺序，起到节能的目的。
