具体实施方式
如图1所示，本设计由环形圈1、桶边缘转轴2、桶身转轴3、环形圈固定扣4构成。把环形圈1设置凹形，凹槽与桶身一侧。其次，在环形圈1与桶身之间，连接桶边缘转轴2，另外，在桶身上增加桶身转轴3，讲环形固定扣4连接在上边。使用垃圾桶时，将垃圾袋套在桶内，把环形圈1转动，压住垃圾袋，再转动环形圈固定扣4，将环形圈固定住即可。
