背景技术
现有的很多夹具都是在底座上设置一个夹持装置，这样就会导致在对夹持件加工过程中由于夹持不平衡而产生偏差，而且现有的夹持装置中与夹持件的接触面为水平夹持面，这样在夹持过程中如果有外力的话就很容易使夹持件偏离。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单而且在加工过程中能够保持夹持件平衡且不易偏离的V型夹具。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种V型夹具，包括底板，所述底板两端对称设置夹持装置；所述夹持装置包括固定在底板上的支柱和底座，支柱上设铰接有可沿竖直方向移动的横梁，位于底座上方的横梁上竖直设置有压柱，压柱底端设置有夹持块，夹持块底端设置有倒置的第一V型槽，所述底座上设置有与第一V型槽匹配的第二V型槽。
所述横梁与立柱的接触处设置有卡扣。
与现有技术相比较，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型在夹持过程中能够保证夹持件平衡不产生偏差，而且与夹持件的接触面为第一V型槽和第二V型槽，这样能够让夹持件更稳固。

参见图1，一种V型夹具，包括底板1，底板1两端对称设置夹持装置9；夹持装置9包括固定在底板1上的支柱2和底座3，支柱2上水平设置有横梁4，其接触处设置有卡扣，位于底座3上方的横梁4上竖直设置有压柱5，压柱5底端设置有夹持块6，夹持块6底端设置有倒置的第一V型槽7，底座3上设置有与第一V型槽7匹配的第二V型槽8。
在使用时，底板1放置在水平的位置稳定好，然后将夹持件置于对称的两个夹持装置9的第一V型槽7和第二V型槽8之间即可。

1.一种V型夹具，包括底板（1），其特征在于：所述底板（1）两端对称设置夹持装置（9）；所述夹持装置（9）包括固定在底板（1）上的支柱（2）和底座（3），支柱（2）上设铰接有可沿竖直方向移动的横梁（4），位于底座（3）上方的横梁（4）上竖直设置有压柱（5），压柱（5）底端设置有夹持块（6），夹持块（6）底端设置有倒置的第一V型槽（7），所述底座（3）上设置有与第一V型槽（7）匹配的第二V型槽（8）。
