现有的LED手电筒,发光均匀度不高,且采用有级调光模式,调光效果不好,因此,有必要设计一种可智能调光的LED手电筒。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可智能调光的LED手电筒,该可智能调光的LED手电筒发光均匀、效率高,且具有智能调光的功能。

一种可智能调光的LED手电筒,其特征在于,包括发光模组、电路板、电池和调光旋钮;电路板中集成有调光电路,调光旋钮与调光电路相连;充电电路与电池相连;电池通过调光电路为发光模组供电;
所述的发光模组包括圆片形的LED灯基板(7)和在LED灯基板的正面设置的正极片(1)、负极片(2)、连接片(3)和多个LED芯片(4);
负极片和连接片均为环形的带缺口的铜箔片,且缺口方向一致,正极片由圆形铜箔和连接该圆形铜箔的引出段(8)组成;所述的引出段通过所述的缺口,与负极片和连接片之间均绝缘;在引出段上设有正极导线孔(5),在负极片上设有负极导线孔(6);
负极片、连接片和圆形铜箔由外到内依次共圆心设置,负极片与连接片之间以及连接片语圆形铜箔之间均绝缘;LED芯片共22个,其中7个LED芯片设置在连接片与圆形铜箔之间;另外的15个LED芯片设置在负极片与连接片之间。
有益效果:
本实用新型的可智能调光的LED手电筒,采用全新设计的发光模组,该发光模组通过环形的负极片、环形的连接片和中心的正极片为内外两圈LED灯供电,LED灯组成环形阵列,发光均匀,发光效率高,且整个发光模组外形美观。

所述的发光模组包括圆片形的LED灯基板7和在LED灯基板的正面设置的正极片1、负极片2、连接片3和多个LED芯片4;
负极片和连接片均为环形的带缺口的铜箔片,且缺口方向一致,正极片由圆形铜箔和连接该圆形铜箔的引出段8组成;所述的引出段通过所述的缺口,与负极片和连接片之间均绝缘;在引出段上设有正极导线孔5,在负极片上设有负极导线孔6;
负极片、连接片和圆形铜箔由外到内依次共圆心设置,负极片与连接片之间以及连接片语圆形铜箔之间均绝缘;LED芯片共22个,其中7个LED芯片设置在连接片与圆形铜箔之间;另外的15个LED芯片设置在负极片与连接片之间。调光电路采用无级调光芯片,如采用JM1203微功耗调光芯片。
正极导线孔和负极导线孔用于引入电源线。调光旋钮即以及调光电路为现有成熟技术。该可智能调光的LED手电筒集成了无级调光电路,通过调光旋钮控制调光,控制方便,调光效果好。
