传统的保温板是单一材料,单一的保温板材料,尤其絮状类吸水率大,同时,板与板拼接时在连接处存在缝隙,易渗进水,保温效果差。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种防水、防渗、相邻无缝隙复合保温板。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种防水、防渗、相邻无缝隙复合保温板,其组成包括:保温板,所述的保温板表面覆盖有反射膜,所述的反射膜在所述的保温板四周边缘企口处余出30-50mm的防水檐。
所述的防水、防渗、相邻无缝隙复合保温板,所述的保温板采用苯板、岩棉板、玻璃棉板、聚氨酯板、泡沫玻璃板、酚醛板或真空板。
所述的防水、防渗、相邻无缝隙复合保温板,所述的保温板表面上有燕尾槽。
有益效果:
1.辐射是保温板的热传递主要方式,本实用新型采用了反射膜套装或包裹覆盖保温板方法使其具有抗辐射能力,一是提高了复合保温板的热工性能,二是阻止了不良射线和热能的传播。同时保温板单元内具有防渗、防水功能。
2.本复合保温板的制作方法如下:将反射膜覆盖在保温板的板面及四周,并在所述的保温板的外侧(左面和下面)和保温板内侧(上面和右面)预留富余部分,预留富余部分覆盖相邻单元间接缝处,使其得以密封、无缝,具有整体的防渗、防水功能。
3、在保温板大面上带有燕尾槽,使其增加外抹灰层的贴裹力,提高了牢固性。本实用新型安装方便,施工简洁,成本低。

根据实施例1所述的防水、防渗、相邻无缝隙复合保温板,所述的保温板采用苯板、岩棉板、玻璃棉板、聚氨酯板、泡沫玻璃板、酚醛板或真空板。当选用苯板时底部须自带300mm高水平防火隔离带。保温板是导热系数≤0.045的材料。

根据实施例1或2所述的防水、防渗、相邻无缝隙复合保温板,所述的保温板表面上有燕尾槽。
