Abstract

一种污水处理装置包括:格栅、调节池、初沉池、生物转盘和二沉池,原污水首先经过格栅进行处理,拦截原污水中较大直径的颗粒物质和具有较大体积的悬浮物质,经过格栅的原污水通过调节池并进入污水处理装置的初沉池,污水中的较大颗粒杂质进行初次沉降,经初沉池沉降的污水通过管道进入生物转盘,在生物转盘中进行污水的生物处理,通过生物处理的污水进入二沉池去除污水中的悬浮物和少量有机物。

本实用新型涉及一种排污装置,尤其是一种使用生物处理技术的污水处理装置。
背景技术
现今中国正处于经济发展和人民生活水平逐步提高的关键时期,而且随着城市人口增加和工农业生产的发展,社会生产、生活过程中所产生的污水也日益增多而且由于现今工农业生产发展迅速,污水中各种化学元素及微生物也随之增加,现有的生化处理污水系统虽可达到排放水的水质要求,但随着环保要求的提高,仍需对现有的污水处理系统加以改进,以进一步增强其污水处理效果,提高出水水质的标准,因此现今急需一种能减少污水中各种微生物和化学元素的采用生物化学方法的污水处理系统,从而减少污水对自然环境的危害。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,而提供一种采用生物处理技术的污水处理装置。
为解决上述技术问题,污水处理装置包括:格栅、调节池、初沉池、生物转盘和二沉池,为了确保后续工艺单元中的机电设备的正常运行以及确保生化单元的工艺表现,原污水首先经过格栅进行处理,该处理过程将拦截原污水中较大直径的颗粒物质和具有较大体积的悬浮物质,经过格栅的原污水通过调节池并进入污水处理装置的初沉池,由此污水中比重较大的颗粒物质将在初沉池中得到初次沉降,经初沉池沉降的污水通过管道进入生物转盘,在生物转盘中进行污水的生物处理,通过生物处理的污水进入二沉池去除污水中的悬浮物和少量有机物,以保证达到出水标准。
所述调节池可以是平衡调节池,包括混合设备和泵,混合设备与提升泵对格栅后原污水的水量与水质进行均量与均质,削弱波动较大的水质水量对后续工艺的冲击。
所述生物转盘还包括:厌氧区、缺氧区和好氧区,通过生物转盘的厌氧区、缺氧区和好氧区实现原污水中碳源、氨氮、磷等物质的去除。
本实用新型采用生物处理技术的污水处理装置有效的去除了污水中的杂质,达到国家一级A排放标准,污水可排放到河流或者湖海。鉴于我国现代化建设的需要,该实用新型具有广阔的市场前景,其推出必然带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。

下面结合附图对实用新型的实施例进一步详述。
实施例1:如图1所示,污水处理装置包括:格栅1、平衡调节池2、初沉池3、生物转盘4和二沉池5,为了确保后续工艺单元中的机电设备的正常运行以及确保生化单元的工艺表现,原污水首先经过格栅1进行处理,该处理过程将拦截原污水中较大直径的颗粒物质和具有较大体积的悬浮物质,经过格栅1的原污水通过平衡调节池2并进入污水处理装置的初沉池3,由此污水中比重较大的颗粒物质将在初沉池3中得到初次沉降,经初沉池3沉降的污水通过管道进入生物转盘4,在生物转盘4中进行污水的生物处理,通过生物处理的污水进入二沉池5去除污水中的悬浮物和少量有机物,以保证达到出水标准。
实施例2与实施例1不同之处在于:如图1所示,调节池2包括混合设备7和提升泵8,混合设备7与提升泵8对格栅后原污水的水量与水质进行均量与均质,削弱波动较大的水质水量对后续工艺的冲击。
实施例3与实施例1不同之处在于:如图1所示,生物转盘包括:厌氧区9、缺氧区10和好氧区11,在生物转盘好氧区11进行的生物反应消除了原污水中的大量有机碳源并进行了硝化反应,实现原污水中碳源、氨氮等物质的去除。

1.一种污水处理装置,其特征在于包括:格栅、调节池、初沉池、生物转盘和二沉池,原污水首先经过格栅进行处理,拦截原污水中较大直径的颗粒物质和具有较大体积的悬浮物质,经过格栅的原污水通过调节池并进入污水处理装置的初沉池,污水中的较大颗粒杂质进行初次沉降,经初沉池沉降的污水通过管道进入生物转盘,在生物转盘中进行污水的生物处理,通过生物处理的污水进入二沉池去除污水中的悬浮物和少量有机物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述调节池包括混合设备和提升泵,混合设备与提升泵对格栅后原污水的水量与水质进行均量与均质,削弱波动较大的水质水量对后续工艺的冲击。
3.根据权利要求1所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述生物转盘还包括:厌氧区、缺氧区和好氧区,实现原污水中碳源、氨氮等物质的去除。
