Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种砂罐车及其物料填充装置。
背景技术
压裂是指油田增产过程中,使油层形成裂缝的过程。目前在进行压裂施工时,需要向砂罐车的砂罐中填充砂子。而现有技术中很多压裂施工现场都是通过人工在罐顶破袋的方式向砂罐内部填充砂子,即砂罐车包括用于盛放砂子的料仓,并且在料仓的顶部设置有接料斗,操作人员将砂子置入接料斗中,砂子进而进入料仓中,如此进行砂子的填充劳动强度较大,且费时费力,效率较低,加上砂罐都比较高,导致在罐顶操作的安全性较差。另外,还有的压裂施工现场采用气力输送的方式,将砂子输送到料仓中,但是气力输送对比其它输送方式有效率较低的缺陷。
综上所述,如何有效地提高砂子的填充效率、降低劳动强度、提高施工作业的安全性,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的第一个目的在于提供一种物料填充装置,该物料填充装置的结构设计可以有效地提高砂子的填充效率、降低劳动强度、提高施工作业的安全性,本实用新型的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述物料填充装置的砂罐车。
为了达到上述第一个目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种物料填充装置,包括:
支撑板,且所述支撑板的两端均设置有传动轮;
套设在所述支撑板外部的并绕过所述传动轮的输送带;
驱动所述传动轮转动的第一驱动装置,且所述传动轮带动所述输送带循环转动;
具有接料口和出料口的螺旋输送器,且所述输送带的一端能够与所述螺旋输送器的接料口相对。
优选地,上述物料填充装置中,所述支撑板包括第一半板和第二半板,且所述第一半板和第二半板沿着所述输送带的长度方向排布,所述第一半板和第二半板的连接处均设置有连接耳,且所述第一半板的连接耳与所述第二半板的连接耳相互铰接,第一半板的连接端和第二半板的连接端能够相抵。
优选地,上述物料填充装置中,所述第一半板上固定有第一伸缩缸,还包括三角连接板,且所述三角连接板的第一角与所述第一伸缩缸的伸缩端铰接,第二角通过连接片与所述第一半板铰接,第三角与所述第二半板铰接,所述第一伸缩缸的伸缩端伸出时,所述第一半板和第二半板仅能折叠,所述第一伸缩缸的伸缩端收缩时,所述第一半板和第二半板仅能位于同一平面。
优选地,上述物料填充装置中,所述第二半板的远离所述第一半板的一端设置有滚轮。
优选地,上述物料填充装置中,所述输送带的上料端的两侧还设置有挡板。
一种砂罐车,包括砂罐,还包括如上述中任一项所述的物料填充装置,且所述螺旋输送器的出料口与砂罐的料仓的进料口连通。
优选地,上述砂罐车中,所述螺旋输送器位于所述砂罐的顶部,且还包括缸体固定于所述砂罐车上的第二伸缩缸,所述支撑板的一端与第二伸缩缸的伸缩端铰接,所述第二伸缩缸的伸缩端伸缩时带动所述支撑板升降。
优选地,上述砂罐车中,所述第二伸缩缸的伸缩方向与竖直方向之间具有角度。
优选地,上述砂罐车中,所述支撑板中部还设置有突出部,且所述砂罐车的车体上固定有用于支撑所述突出部的支撑件。
本实用新型提供的物料填充装置,可以用于向砂罐中填充砂子,包括支撑板、输送带、第一驱动装置和螺旋输送器,其中支撑板的两端设置有传动轮,输送带套设在支撑板外部并绕在传动轮上,第一驱动装置可以驱动传动轮转动,且传动轮转动带动输送带循环转动。螺旋输送器具有接料口和出料口,并且输送带的一端即循环转动输送带的一侧能够与螺旋输送器的接料口对正,螺旋输送器通过其驱动装置驱动螺旋杆转动可以将物料分投到砂罐的各个料仓。
应用本实用新型提供的物料填充装置时,可以将螺旋输送器的出料口与砂罐车的砂罐进料口相连通,将支撑板倾斜放置,使得循环的输送带一端与螺旋输送器的接料口对正,另一端落在地面上,然后开启第一驱动装置和螺旋输送器。此时操作人员可以将砂子直接运至输送带上,输送带循环转动将砂子向上输送至其靠近砂罐的一端,进而砂子从输送带的靠近砂罐的一端掉落至砂罐中,以此实现将砂子填充入砂罐中。如此设置,只需将砂子运至输送带即可,而避免了操作人员在罐顶破袋的方式将砂子填充至砂罐中,相对较省时省力,相应的提高了砂子的填充效率。
为了达到上述第二个目的,本实用新型还提供了一种砂罐车,该砂罐车包括上述任一种物料填充装置。由于上述的物料填充装置具有上述技术效果,具有该物料填充装置的砂罐车也应具有相应的技术效果。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的第一个目的在于提供一种物料填充装置,该物料填充装置的结构设计可以有效地提高砂子的填充效率、降低劳动强度、提高施工作业的安全性,本实用新型的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述物料填充装置的砂罐车。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1-图3,本实用新型实施例提供的物料填充装置,可以用于向砂罐1中填充砂子,包括支撑板6、输送带5、第一驱动装置和螺旋输送器2,其中支撑板6的两端设置有传动轮4,输送带5套设在支撑板6外部并绕在传动轮4上,第一驱动装置可以驱动传动轮4转动,且传动轮4转动带动输送带5循环转动。螺旋输送器2具有接料口和出料口,并且输送带5的一端即循环转动输送带5的一侧能够与螺旋输送器2的接料口对正,螺旋输送器2通过其驱动装置驱动螺旋杆转动可以将物料分投到砂罐的各个料仓。
其中传动轮4可以为皮带轮,输送带5可以为皮带。第一驱动装置可以为电机或者液压马达。与现有技术相同,螺旋输送器2应该具有外壳、设置于外壳内部的螺旋杆以及驱动螺杆转动的电机或者液压马达。螺旋输送器2的进料口处可以设置接料斗21,如此输送带5的一端可以与接料斗21相对,且接料斗21可以呈喇叭状,以便于接收更多的砂子。
应用本实用新型提供的物料填充装置时,可以将螺旋输送器2的出料口与砂罐车的砂罐1进料口相连通,将支撑板6倾斜放置,使得循环的输送带5一端与螺旋输送器2的接料口对正,另一端与落在地面上,然后开启第一驱动装置和螺旋输送器2。此时操作人员可以将砂子直接运至输送带5上,输送带5循环转动将砂子向上输送至其靠近砂罐1的一端,进而砂子从输送带5的靠近砂罐1的一端掉落至砂罐1中,以此实现将砂子填充入砂罐1中。如此设置,只需将砂子运至输送带5即可,而避免了操作人员在罐顶破袋的方式将砂子填充至砂罐1中,相对较省时省力,相应的提高了砂子的填充效率。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,其中支撑板6可以包括第一半板61和第二半板62,且第一半板61和第二半板62沿着输送带5的长度方向排布,第一半板61和第二半板62的连接处均设置有连接耳,且第一半板61的连接耳与第二半板62的连接耳相互铰接,第一半板61的连接端和第二半板62的连接端能够相抵。即第一半板61的连接耳和第二半板62的连接耳相互通过转轴铰接。第一半板61和第二半板62沿着输送带5的长度方向排布,即第一半板61和第二半板62沿着支撑板6的长度分布。如此设置,当运输该物料填充装置时,可以将第一半板61和第二半板62折叠放置,即将第一半板61和第二半板62重叠折叠后重叠或者呈锐角,如此较节省空间。
进一步地,为了防止第一半板61和第二半板62支起后不在同一平面内,还可以在第一半板61上固定第一伸缩缸12,另外还包括三角连接板9,且三角连接板9的第一角与第一伸缩缸12的伸缩端铰接,第二角通过连接片与第一半板61铰接,第三角与第二半板62铰接,三角连接板9的三个铰接部呈三角形设置,连接片一端与第一半板61铰接另一端与三角连接板9铰接。第一伸缩缸12的缸体固定在第一半板61上,伸缩端与三角连接板9铰接。并且当第一伸缩缸12的伸缩端伸出时,第一半板61和第二半板62仅能折叠,第一伸缩缸12的伸缩端收缩时,第一半板61和第二半板62仅能位于同一平面。即当第一伸缩缸12的伸缩端伸出时,三角连接板9进行转动,随之第二半板62向靠近第一半板61的方向折叠,伸缩端伸出后固定时,使得三角连接板9不能再进行转动,进而使得折叠后的第一半板61和第二半板62固定不能展开。当第一伸缩缸12的伸缩端收缩时,第二半板62向远离第一半板61的方向折叠,三角连接板9进行转动,最终第一半板61和第二半板62在一个平面内,伸缩端收缩后固定时,使得三角连接板9不能再进行转动,进而使得支起的第一半板61和第二半板62固定不能再转动。如此设置,可以将折叠后或者支起的第一半板61和第二半板62固定,使其不能在进行转动,以使得支撑板6更加稳定。
当然,还可以在第一半板61的连接耳和第二半板62的连接耳上设置螺栓,当第一半板61和第二半板62折叠后或者支起后,将同时穿过第一半板61的连接耳和第二半板62的连接耳的螺栓紧固,使第一半板61和第二半板62不能再相对转动,以此实现第一半板61和第二半板62的固定。
另外,为了便于搬运该物料填充装置还可以在第二半板62的远离第一半板61的一端设置有滚轮8,即在第二半板62的不与第一半板61连接的一端设置滚轮8,如此便可以通过滚轮8移动该物料填充装置,较省时省力。其中滚轮8可以为万向轮。
为了防止向输送带5上料时,物料脱离输送带5,还可以在输送带5的上料端的两侧还设置挡板7,即在输送带5支起后靠近地面的一端设置挡板7,操作人员将砂子放置在输送带5的上料端时容易导致砂子飞溅,如此则可以防止砂子脱离输送带5。
基于上述实施例中提供的物料填充装置,本实用新型还提供了一种砂罐车,该砂罐车包括砂罐1和上述实施例中任意一种物料填充装置,并且螺旋输送器2的出料口与砂罐1的料仓的进料口连通。由于该砂罐车采用了上述实施例中的物料填充装置,所以该砂罐车的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
进一步地,螺旋输送器2可以位于砂罐的顶部,且还包括缸体固定于砂罐车上的第二伸缩缸3,支撑板6的一端与第二伸缩缸3的伸缩端铰接,第二伸缩缸3的伸缩端伸缩时带动支撑板6升降。即支撑板6倾斜放置,当第二伸缩缸3的伸缩端伸缩带动支撑板6移动以此实现物料填充装置的上升下降,如此可以在使用时将物料填充装置升起,当运输时将物料填充装置下降。
进一步地,第二伸缩缸3的伸缩方向与竖直方向之间具有一定角度,即两者之间具有夹角,当然也可以沿着竖直方向,在此不作限定。第一伸缩缸和第二伸缩缸可以均为气缸或者油缸。
另外,支撑板6中部还设置有突出部11,且砂罐车的车体上固定有用于支撑突出部11的支撑件10,即在运输时可以利用支撑件10支撑突出部11,以使得整个物料填充装置运输时,更加稳定。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (9)
1.一种物料填充装置,其特征在于,包括:
支撑板(6),且所述支撑板(6)的两端均设置有传动轮(4);
套设在所述支撑板(6)外部的并绕过所述传动轮(4)的输送带(5);
驱动所述传动轮(4)转动的第一驱动装置,且所述传动轮(4)带动所述输送带(5)循环转动;
具有接料口和出料口的螺旋输送器(2),且所述输送带(5)的一端能够与所述螺旋输送器(2)的接料口相对。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物料填充装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板(6)包括第一半板(61)和第二半板(62),且所述第一半板(61)和第二半板(62)沿着所述输送带(5)的长度方向排布,所述第一半板(61)和第二半板(62)的连接处均设置有连接耳,且所述第一半板(61)的连接耳与所述第二半板(62)的连接耳相互铰接,第一半板(61)的连接端和第二半板(62)的连接端能够相抵。
3.根据权利要求2所述的物料填充装置,其特征在于,所述第一半板(61)上固定有第一伸缩缸(12),还包括三角连接板(9),且所述三角连接板(9)的第一角与所述第一伸缩缸(12)的伸缩端铰接,第二角通过连接片与所述第一半板(61)铰接,第三角与所述第二半板(62)铰接,所述第一伸缩缸(12)的伸缩端伸出时,所述第一半板(61)和第二半板(62)仅能折叠,所述第一伸缩缸(12)的伸缩端收缩时,所述第一半板(61)和第二半板(62)仅能位于同一平面。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的物料填充装置,其特征在于,所述第二半板(62)的远离所述第一半板(61)的一端设置有滚轮(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的物料填充装置,其特征在于,所述输送带(5)的上料端的两侧还设置有挡板(7)。
6.一种砂罐车,包括砂罐(1),其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的物料填充装置,且所述螺旋输送器(2)的出料口与砂罐(1)的料仓的进料口连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的砂罐车,其特征在于,所述螺旋输送器(2)位于所述砂罐(1)的顶部,且还包括缸体固定于所述砂罐车上的第二伸缩缸(3),所述支撑板(6)的一端与第二伸缩缸(3)的伸缩端铰接,所述第二伸缩缸(3)的伸缩端伸缩时带动所述支撑板(6)升降。
8.根据权利要求7所述的砂罐车,其特征在于,所述第二伸缩缸(3)的伸缩方向与竖直方向之间具有角度。
9.根据权利要求6所述的砂罐车,其特征在于,所述支撑板(6)中部还设置有突出部(11),且所述砂罐车的车体上固定有用于支撑所述突出部(11)的支撑件(10)。
