Abstract
一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,包括血氧探头、CPU模块、血氧模块、闪存模块、显示屏、蜂鸣器、实时时钟和开关,血氧探头连接人体,将脉搏波、血氧值和脉率值发送到血氧模块,血氧模块将血氧探头收集到的数据发送到CPU模块中,CPU模块将数据保存在闪存模块中并于过夜后自动分析处理,给出最高血氧、最低血氧、平均血氧、氧减饱和度指数、低血氧程度等参数,通过氧减饱和度指数判断是否是SAHS患者及严重程度。本筛查装置为便携式,方便使用者在家中自行测量,携带方便,使用简单,适用人群广泛,价格低廉,在夜晚睡眠时仅需要将血氧探头夹套在手指上,第二天即可产生结果。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及电子医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种具有自动分析功能的便携式睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征筛查装置。
背景技术:
睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征即SAHS是一种睡眠呼吸疾病,临床表现有夜间睡眠打鼾伴呼吸暂停和白天嗜睡。打鼾表现为鼾声时高时低,并可以完全中断,严重患者可以憋醒。憋醒后可以出现心慌、心悸、憋气等。同时可以观察到,随着打鼾的停止,患者呼吸出现明显的停顿,并以用力深吸气终止呼吸暂停,尔后是一更响的鼾声。随着病情的进展,打鼾逐渐加重,呼吸暂停期间胸腹部呼吸呈现矛盾运动,伴随呼吸暂停的出现及呼吸暂停时间过长,可出现身体的不自主运动甚至突然坐起。由于呼吸暂停引起反复发作的夜间低氧,可导致高血压,冠心病,糖尿病和脑血管疾病等并发症及交通事故,甚至出现夜间猝死。患者还可以表现为睡眠行为异常等,患者晨起头痛,白天困倦、嗜睡,严重者记忆、判断、注意力、抽象推理能力和警觉认识能力下降,缺氧可刺激红细胞生成素增高,血流缓慢,促发或加重血栓形成,加重心肌缺血缺氧,诱发各种心律失常和心肌梗塞,严重影响患者的生存质量和寿命。
卫生部门发布的健康播报,我国目前约有5000万人患有各种睡眠性疾病,其中睡眠呼吸暂停是最主要的症状。国内外研究已经证明,有1/5的心脏病是由睡眠呼吸暂停综合症引起,全球每天大约有3000人死于睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症,不少学者建议把此病列为高血压病的第一危险因素。另外,老年群体是医疗卫生资源的重要消费对象,而仅65岁以上的老年人睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症的发病率就高达20%至40%,随着中国步入人口老龄化阶段、人们生活水平的提高以及医学知识的普及,国民健康预防、保健意识将会逐渐加强,必将产生大量对该类病症进行监测治疗的需求。
一直以来,多导睡眠图监测(PSG) 是公认的诊断SAHS 的“金标准”。PSG 监测时需要受检者在医院的检查室中进行整晚大约8 个小时的观察,所以检查的人数是十分受限的。PSG 检查时需要将各种电极导联到患者身体各处获取生理信号,严重的影响了受检者的睡眠质量,将会给检测结果带来影响,尤其是对儿童人群。此外,因为被检测者睡眠环境的改变,一次检查有时也难以保证检测结果的准确性。PSG 监测一次的费用大约是300-500 之间,这使得一部分SAHS患者因为检查费用的昂贵而没有得到诊断。由于PSG 检查设备的有限,而众多的患病人数使得大量的患者得不到及时的诊治,严重危害身体健康。研究人员随机的对602 位志愿者调查显示:大约82%男性和93%的女性中度和重度SAHS患者没有得到诊断。
实用新型内容:
综上所述,本实用新型的目的是为了满足目前PSG无法完成的大量人群的需求,对于疑似SAHS人群可先进行筛查,本实用新型公开了一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,无需将数据传输到电脑进行分析,本装置可自行进行筛查分析并确定使用者是否为SAHS患者。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,包括CPU模块、显示屏、蜂鸣器、实时时钟和开关,还包括:用于采集人体的脉搏波、血氧值和脉率值的血氧探头,血氧探头与人体连接;接收血氧探头采集到数据的血氧模块,血氧模块与所述的CPU模块和血氧探头连接;用于接收和存储CPU模块接收到采集数据的闪存模块,闪存模块与所述的CPU模块相连;所述的CPU模块还分别与显示屏、实时时钟、蜂鸣器和开关连接。
进一步,所述的CPU模块通过UART串口与血氧模块通讯。
进一步,所述的显示屏为OLED屏。
进一步,所述的闪存模块使用DATA FLASH AT45系列芯片。
本实用新型与现有的技术问题相比,具有如下优点:本筛查装置为便携式,方便使用者在家中自行测量,携带方便,使用简单,适用人群广泛,价格低廉,在夜晚睡眠时仅需要将血氧探头夹套在手指上,第二天即可产生结果。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图一所示,一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,包括CPU模块、显示屏(OLED)、蜂鸣器(buzzer)、实时时钟(RTC)和开关(switch),还包括:
血氧探头,与人体连接,用于采集人体的脉搏波、血氧值和脉率值;
血氧模块,与所述的CPU模块和血氧探头连接,接收血氧探头采集到的数据;
闪存(flash)模块,与所述的CPU模块相连,用于接收和存储CPU模块接收到的采集数据;
所述的CPU模块还与显示屏、实时时钟、蜂鸣器和开关分别连接。
所述的CPU模块对存储在闪存模块中的数据进行自动分析处理,给出最高血氧、最低血氧、平均血氧、氧减饱和度指数和低血氧程度的参数,判断是否是SAHS患者及严重程度。
CPU模块通过UART串口和血氧模块进行通讯,血氧模块将脉搏波、血氧值和脉率值通过串口传给CPU。
CPU模块将接收到的数据存储到闪存模块中,由于采集的数据量不是很大,故选取ATMEL的DATA FLASH AT45系列芯片。
本实用新型对SAHS的筛查方法为:
通过血氧探头整晚对人体连续动态的血氧监测,第二天早上CPU对存储在闪存模块中的数据进行自动分析处理,给出最高血氧(SPO2max)、最低血氧(SPO2min)、平均血氧、氧减饱和度指数、低血氧程度等参数,判断是否是SAHS患者及严重程度。
CPU从闪存模块中读取的第一个血氧值N1,让SPO2max =N1;接着读取第二个血氧值N2,SPO2max和N2进行比较,如果SPO2max>N2,SPO2max保持不变,SPO2min=N2;如果SPO2max≤N2,SPO2max=N2,SPO2min=N1;以此类推通过对整晚的血氧值进行对比,最终可得到最高血氧和最低血氧。
平均血氧:CPU从闪存模块中读取整晚的血氧值进行累加求平均得到平均血氧。
氧减饱和度指数:这里举例氧减为4%的氧减饱和度指数ODI4,ODI4=整晚血氧降低4%的发生总次数/整晚监测时间。
低血氧程度:低血氧程度的分为轻度、中度和重度,其严重程度的判定标准为:最低血氧饱和度85%~89%为轻度缺氧;最低血氧饱和度80%~84%为中度缺氧;最低血氧饱和度<80%为重度缺氧。
通过CPU自动分析来判断使用者是否是SAHS患者及严重程度:SAHS患者的判定标准为:每夜7小时睡眠中,ODI4≥5次/小时。严重程度的判定标准为:ODI4 5~15为轻度,ODI4 16~30为中度,ODI4>30为重度。
分析结束后OLED屏将分析结果显示出来。
上述的一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置具有自动分析功能,可用于医院、社区或家庭中对SAHS的筛查,也可用于SAHS患者的治疗情况跟踪。
本实用新型专利中提到的闪存模块也可是其它闪存型号或者SD卡等其它存储介质;OLED屏显示也可以是LCD或其它显示屏。

1.一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,包括CPU模块、显示屏、蜂鸣器、实时时钟和开关,其特征在于,其还包括:
血氧探头,与人体连接,用于采集人体的脉搏波、血氧值和脉率值;
血氧模块,与所述的CPU模块和血氧探头连接,接收血氧探头采集到的数据;
闪存模块,与所述的CPU模块相连,用于接收和存储CPU模块接收到的采集数据;
所述的CPU模块还与显示屏、实时时钟、蜂鸣器和开关分别连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,其特征在于:所述的CPU模块通过UART串口与血氧模块相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,其特征在于:所述的显示屏为OLED屏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动分析功能的便携式SAHS筛查装置,其特征在于:所述的闪存模块为DATA FLASH AT45系列芯片。
