手摇发电热奶器，包括：热奶器本体，其特征在于，还包括 ：含有手摇柄、磁体一、磁体二和线圈的手摇发电机、热奶桶，上述磁体一固定在手摇发电机的上部，上述磁体二固定在手摇发电机的下部，上述线圈固定在手摇柄靠近磁体一和磁体二的中间部位上，上述手摇柄带动线圈旋转，上述线圈与接线柱实现电相连，上述接线柱与发热体电相，连热奶桶固定在发热体上部。
作为一种技术方案，上述发热体为功率是100瓦的电热丝。
