现有的LED灯具必须要借助外部电源才能实现其使用目的，例如需要借助电池和连接电源的情况下才能使其发光，现代生活节奏下，人们处在停电或出差在室外的情况下，均无法实现LED灯具的发光；生活中，人们在没有电源的情况下，一些智能设备，例如智能手机、智能照相机等是利用充电宝充电，充电宝就相当于电池，一旦没有电池和电源，人们便无法进行充电，并且充电宝易自燃，存在很大的安全隐患。

所述灯箱1底部也可设置有可折叠的滑轮架，滑轮架上设有滑轮。
该LED灯具方便移动和外出携带，无需借助电池和外部电源即可发光，并能够同时为智能设备充电，安全稳定。
