Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种海洋定点系泊轻质高强度缆绳,它包括缆芯束和外层护套,缆芯束由六根分别是“S”捻和“Z”捻捻向的高分子聚乙烯纤维绳股交织而成,缆芯束的表面设有均有涂胶的涂胶层,外层护套通过涂胶层固定设置在缆芯束的外周,外层护套由高强度涤纶和锦纶复丝混合纤维组成。本实用新型充分利用了高强度涤纶材料的高耐磨性能和高强度锦纶复丝材料的高耐海水腐蚀性能,将两者的优点充分融合在一起,同时利用均匀涂胶层使得外层护套的高分子聚乙烯纤维的分子力能够完全释放,保证缆绳在海洋中能够充分发挥其超高强度作用,可应用于浮托、海上作业、特别是在海上石油勘探平台上使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及绳索领域,尤其涉及用于在海洋中对船舶进行深海定位的轻质高强度深海缆绳。
背景技术
石油作为一种重要的战略资源,越来越被多国重视,随着陆地资源的日益枯竭,所有人都将眼光放到深海领域,这样就必须进行深海石油的勘探工作。
近几年,随着我国经济实力的不断提升和对石油的长远战略需求,我们国家也把深海油田的开发和开采放到了一个相当重要的位置。
现有的大规格缆绳通常由三股、六股、八股甚至更多股绳股捻绞结构而成。为此,有人发明了双层缆绳,由内外两层组成,外层由多股绳股相互编织而成,在外层中心设置一股绳芯,这种缆绳通常由单一的丙纶、涤纶或锦纶等材料制成,或偏重,或不耐磨,性能常不能满足实际需求,需要加以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对以上任务设计了一种海洋定点系泊轻质高强度缆绳,使其强度大、重量轻、耐磨、耐海水腐蚀。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海洋定点系泊轻质高强度缆绳,包括缆芯束和外层护套,缆芯束由六根分别是“S”捻和“Z”捻捻向的高分子聚乙烯纤维绳股交织而成,缆芯束的表面设有涂胶层,外层护套通过涂胶层固定设置在缆芯束的外周。
外层护套由高强度涤纶和锦纶复丝混合纤维组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型缆芯束的表面设有涂胶层,这样使得高分子聚乙烯纤维的分子力能够完全释放,使得缆绳在海洋中能够充分发挥其超高强度作用;
2、本实用新型的外层护套由高强度涤纶和锦纶复丝混合纤维组成,高强度涤纶纤维耐磨、具有保形作用,还具有极好的热稳定性,成本低;而高强度锦纶复丝具有优越的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能,保证了整绳具有良好的耐磨,耐海水腐蚀,耐紫外线辐射性能。将其混合作为外层护套,通过湿胶、浸胶,使得缆绳的整体性能增强,增加了缆绳的抗拉强度,满足了深海用缆绳所需要的超高强度要求;
3、本实用新型的缆芯束由六根分别是“S”捻和“Z”捻捻向的高分子聚乙烯纤维绳股交织而成,如此编织结构能有助于消除缆芯强捻带来的应力;所采用的材料高分子聚乙烯由于分子量极高,主链结合好,取向度、结晶度高,因此它的强度是当今纤维之最,而且密度小,模量高,能抗紫外线和耐各种化学腐蚀等优异性能和具有突出的抗冲击、抗切割韧性等优点。由此形成的缆绳重量轻、强度好,使用寿命强;
4、本实用新型的缆绳强度大、重量轻、耐磨、耐腐蚀,可应用于浮托、海上作业、特别是在海上石油勘探平台上使用。

具体实施方式
一种海洋定点系泊轻质高强度缆绳,包括缆芯束3和外层护套1,缆芯束由六根分别是“S”捻和“Z”捻捻向的高分子聚乙烯纤维绳股交织而成,缆芯束3的表面设有均有涂胶的涂胶层2,外层护套1通过涂胶层2固定设置在缆芯束3的外周。
外层护套1由高强度涤纶和锦纶复丝混合纤维组成。
捻向是指缆绳中的纤维或股线中缆绳呈现的倾斜方向,本实用新型的缆芯束由六根分别是“S”捻和“Z”捻捻向的高分子聚乙烯纤维绳股交织而成,如此编织结构能有助于消除强捻带来的应力,所形成的缆绳强度好,使用寿命强。
本实用新型的缆绳强度大、重量轻、耐磨、耐腐蚀,可应用于浮托、海上作业、特别是在海上石油勘探平台上使用。

1.一种海洋定点系泊轻质高强度缆绳,包括缆芯束和外层护套,其特征在于:所述缆芯束由六根分别是“S”捻和“Z”捻捻向的高分子聚乙烯纤维绳股交织而成,所述缆芯束的表面设有涂胶层,所述外层护套通过所述涂胶层固定设置在所述缆芯束的外周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海洋定点系泊轻质高强度缆绳,其特征在于:所述外层护套由高强度涤纶和锦纶复丝混合纤维组成。
