本实用新型提供了隔热性能优良的真空、镀膜隔热玻璃体，它是通过在中空的玻璃体内镀金属膜及形成适当真空度来实现的。其重量极轻，特别适用于冷库、冷藏柜、电冰箱等设备及高级建筑的隔热墙体，能明显降低能耗。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种硅酸盐玻璃的隔热玻璃体，适合多种隔热用途，特别适合做制冷行业的隔热材料。
现制冷行业的隔热层一般有软木、玻璃纤维、膨胀珍珠岩、聚苯乙烯塑料、聚氨脂泡沫塑料等。这些隔热材料的隔热性能尚有提高的余地。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种具有特别优良隔热性能的隔热材料，它不但能大幅度减少制冷机械的负荷与电力消耗，而且原料来源充足，生产工艺成熟、成本低、重量轻、耐久性好、能降低造价，并进一步开辟新的应用领域。
本实用新型是这样实现的、薄而封闭的中空硅酸盐玻璃瓶体的内壁镀光亮反射膜，中空部分形成适当真空度。（其外形要有利于相组合），由多个这样的玻璃体组成一种高性能的隔热层。
玻璃体壁厚在0.5～5毫米，采用中空玻璃吹制机吹制，所用的机器属沿用至今的玻璃瓶吹制机类型。这种中空玻璃吹制品的外形最好制成类柜形箱式，彼此相对的端头成型出互补的凸凹状结构，这样有助于玻璃体的组合。
这种中空玻璃体内的金属镀膜和真空工艺亦采用日用保温瓶的制作工艺。抽气尾管在封闭时最好不太尖突，以免妨碍组合。在组合时，可采用塑料或其他材料填充剩余空隙。
本真空、镀膜隔热玻璃体的隔热性能优于现有材料，还具重量轻，不受潮湿环境影响的特点，其相当好的强度还信任多层迭合，使用温度范围可达－50℃～500℃，适合多种隔热用途。特别适用于冷库、冷藏柜、电冰箱等制冷设备的隔热，能显著降低能耗。本玻璃体还可做为高级隔热墙体，特别是框架结构的建筑隔墙，其相当轻的重量对超高层建筑特别有利。
现结合附图做具体说明：
附图是真空、镀膜的隔热玻璃体的结构示意图。
参照附图，中空的封闭的硅酸盐玻璃瓶体（1），和玻璃体（1）内壁的一层光亮的金属镀膜（2），及玻璃体（1）内部空间是一个具适当真空度的封闭的空间（3）。上述的（1）、（2）、（3）三部份即组成一种本实用新型所称的真空，镀膜隔热玻璃体。

  1. 真空、镀膜的隔热玻璃体，为一中空、封闭的硅酸盐玻璃体，其特征在于：
    a、中空玻璃体(1)的内壁有一层光亮的金属镀膜(2)。
    b、中空玻璃体(1)的内部空间是一具适当真空度的封闭的空间(3)。
